Holy f*ck, this thing has more marketing behind it then GOTG! 18 TV spots? Crazy shit. It's not winning any Oscars but this looks like what it's meant to be, a fun ass time!

Guardians of the Galaxy has 60 TV Spots according to iSpot.. That's the most I've seen for a movie lol
Amazing512 - 7/31/2014, 10:32 PM
Off topic but I just saw Guardians of the Galaxy a couple of hours ago and it was f***ing awesome. Great space action with humor and emotion all in the right places. The entire cast was outstanding.
I'll probably be seeing one more time before it's out of theaters.

Remember when they used to show full-length trailers on TV?

Off topic, I got an itch on my left nut and I'm scratching it with a McDonald's IronMan toy.

It's crazy how much CG they were able to get out of the low budget
RoadDogXXIV - 7/31/2014, 10:59 PM
For anyone curious, the music in TV Spot #19 is "Devils Music" by Teddybears. Really good beat.

If they do have 60 TV spots. We will see the whole film in the TV spots and trailers alone.
TheBrownHornet - 8/1/2014, 5:22 AM
This looks very promising. It looked like Optimus prime was about to transform. Oh, that was The Shredder? Wow!

I think that "shell shocked" music video sort of won me over.. BUT I shall not get my hopes up completely
TheWarriorofAnarchy - 8/1/2014, 6:59 AM
@OmegaDaGod, in what universe is 5 million dollars low budget? It's easily the highest budget TMNT movie ever made.
Jollem - 8/1/2014, 7:10 AM
off/on topic, but this is gonna slap the crap out of the galaxy guards
RangerStorm44 - 8/1/2014, 7:18 AM
@TheWarriorofAnarchy 125 million right?
0megaDaGod - 8/1/2014, 7:42 AM
@TheWarriorOfAnarchy

I'm assuming you meant 125 million. And yes, for a movie where the 4-5 main characters plus the main villain and several set pieces are entirely constructed thru CG and motion capture, a budget of 125 million is VERY low. But they still have managed to pull off something quite impressive. I'm sure having a bottom of the barrel cast helped but still, this movie seems like it should've costed a lot more

If it makes decent money it could open a lot of doors
TruePunishment - 8/1/2014, 9:15 AM
Off topic, but Jollem has a bad case of SPS.
