How do you have the internet and find this sexy? Alright looking but would she appear on a top 500 hottest online? No. And I don't remember MJ wearing the costume ever. Makes no sense. lighting and saturation is not well done. Doubt taken with a DSLR. I rarely see good cosplay but this is pretty bad. just being honest.

The dark crotch area on the ASM suit makes her look as if she's sportin' a massive bush. Apparently the carpets don't match the drapes.

If you're referring to The Amazing Spider-Man than you obviously don't know what originally made the character popular. He was one of the first, if not the first, teenage superhero who wasn't a side kick. He became famous because of his relatably, and in his early years he had teenage problems. He got picked on, asking girls on dates, his first job, he had a temper problem at times, and in his early days as Spider-Man he would sometimes get his a** kicked by villians, and he didn't make the wisest decisions, because he's a teenager. Ultimate Spider-Man is a teenager, and when Peter was around it was Marvel's most acclaimed and best selling comic. Peter came off as he did because he's a teen. He doesn't make the smartest decisions, so he has to learn from his mistakes, like everyone. Just because someone has something tramatic happen because of something they did wrong, doesn't mean they'll be perfect from then on out, especially when you're a teen. Your teenage years are your learning curve in life. Gwen is Peter's only friend and the only person he can open up to, so obviously he isn't going to want to let her go so easily, and he wasn't going to tell the captain no to his dying face when he offered the promise. Also, in the Ultimate comics, Peter and Aunt May weren't really the closest when Uncle Ben first dies. She even asked him in the comics if he liked her. The Amazing Spider-Man gets a lot of unnecessary hate, because people are so ignorant as to ignore the source material they herald so much, and to ignore what it's like to grow up and make mistakes.Also, who gives a f**k if Peter skateboards, if you have a problem with it than that just shows how judgemental you are. TASM was also the first movie where I've seen people complain about an actors hair as well.

Mary Jane will be a teenager in TASM2. How many white teenage girls have DDs and a big ass? How many teenage girls look like models?
You'd rather have some big titted slutty bimbo over a more realistic looking girl who has acting chops? Considering she's suppose to be a TEENAGER. Think Ultimate Mary Jane. That's more like what she's going to be, she won't stick out in an unrealistic way. How stupid, damn near shallow, would it be for some unrealistically hot girl to come strolling down the hallway amongst regular looking teens? Plus, most of the people whom people recommend, and whine about because they didn't get the part, look far too old to pass off as teens. Andrew looks around 20, Shaline looks around 18, and Emma Stone looks around 19-20, so it works. In the case of Andrew he could be passed off as a teen, because there are numerous teens who look far older than their age, sprouting beards and such. I find it stupid when people say Andrew is almost 30 and Woodley looks 18, because Andrew doesn't even look almost 30.

Yea 3 things on this:
1)If she's wearin the TASM Suit, she's clearly not a fan at all. She does cosplay pics so the boys will get a stiffy & say how cool she is because she's hot & knows stuff on comics! FAIL

2) It's the TASM Suit, so WTF is she done up as MJ?!? shouldn't it be Gwen?!? FAIL

3) That TASM Suit is probably an exact size match from Andrew Garfield, cuz the dude had no definition to fit a superhero at all. FAIL

MJ is one hot piece of ace. She is suppose to stand out! She stops dudes dead in their tracks because of her beauty.

Also, I don't know how old you are, but you are either too young for high school or you've done and graduated and have not been in high school for at least 5-10 years.

Chicks have upped the ante. "Average Looking" chicka's are "Average", but most of them are not Average compared to early 90's standards. Girls cake the makeup on and what not. And it may just be here, but a lot of the girls are well built, dude. Not all girls are shaped like a 12 year old boy like that broad in Looper...

I am in fact in highschool, and there really aren't any Victoria Secret models walking the halls. The Ultimate Mary Jane wasn't a model, so this Mary Jane doesn't need to be. She's pretty, and considering what good movie makeup can do to people, she's likely to look way different in the film. Look up some pictures of her on google images, there's some where she has red hair and she looks really sexy in those. It's like when people said Anne Hathaway wasn't sexy enough to play Catwoman, yet she pulled off the role very well. I'd much rather have an actress who isn't a 100% look a like to a character pull off the character of the character well rather then an actress who looks just like a character but can't pull off the character.
When it comes to movies, where the most imporant part of an actor/actress is ACTING, then acting>looks. Most of the other actresses that people on here wanted are as pretty as Woodley, but look too old to pull of being a teen.

I think Shailene Woodley will make an excellent Ultimate Mary Jane. I can understand the argument that she doesn't seem to have that... vivaciousness of 616 MJ, but as the girl-next-door Ultimate MJ type, she'll be fine.

As for the girl in the cosplay, meh. She doesn't really do it for me. Plus, I can't even tell if that's a camel toe or just a suit line on the left side of that 5th picture.

Stop. She has a year before filming and is currently growing. Her role, if you saw it, in Faxon's co-scripted Descendants, was actually really appropriate. Another great casting we're gonna' shit on for someone's(Marvel talkback media gross) sake.

I don't know if you remember this or not, but when MJ comes into the comics, even at a young age, she's a knockout. She literally is a "jackpot" in the beauty department.
