Yeah the Tattoos and piercings kill it for me, don't get me wrong "I" like Tattoos and piercings on chicks but it bothers me to no end on Cos-players,Unless the character they are Cosplaying has Tattoo's and Piercings. I would think that professionals would want to represent their character to teh fullest and use make up to cover up the Tattoos and remove the piercings for the shoot.

Don't get me wrong both women in this are very pretty and in every day life I would absolutely dig their piercings and Tattoo's but like I said above since it's Cosplay and the source material doesn't have them.. not so much.

I don't know... didn't do it for me. The tattoos and piercings killed it for me. It just looks like a bunch of rocker chicks who are only one drunken night away from becoming lesbian lovers.

Come back and post pics of women who ACTUALLY look like Gwen and Black Cat and take their fricking time to dress like them and behave like them--- no tatts or lip, nose, chin, or God knows what other place pierced.

I think tattoos on women is freaking trashy.

Might as well just get two 4" diameter circles tattooed on the base of the spine...one marked "Ashtray" and the other marked "beer".

And facial piercings on girls are absolutely disgusting, too.

yes they are hot, but not good cosplay. i agree that when they have tats and piercings that the characters themselves do not have it takes it away from cosplay. i'm not saying i'm with "dr fate", although i think he is amusing, but just not good cosplay, just hot chicks having a pillow fight

Yes, I am into the whole Cosplay and the likes, though to see two "tattoed" girls wearing wigs and showing their bottoms does not achieve any remote resembelance to the characters in which they hope to portray. In addition I have to concur with another writing that seeing these Cosplayers in scantily clad costumes does not remove their piercings or at least cover them.

In closing I have to also point out that for a comic book website, the use of profanity by so-called fans and enthusiasts is indeed alarming, that considering many of the individuals who write here are usually more literate than most sites of the comic book genre.
