"Beetee, a wounded victor from the Quarter Quell, is a whiz with technology and weapons. The rebels rely on him almost as much as they do on Katniss. Katniss is be the face of the rebellion, but Beetee is the mechanic that makes it tick. He's the mastermind behind all kinds of technical advances, including the creation of new (extraordinarily lethal) weapons and the intercessions with the Capitol TV broadcasts. Without Beetee, the rebels' messages simply wouldn't get out. He can't participate in the fighting – he's wheelchair-bound – but Beetee is always part of the fighting through the weapons he creates." - shmoop

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE is directed by Francis Lawrence, and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the second in a trilogy that has over 50 million copies in print in the U.S. alone. THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE opens on November 22, 2013.

Meh would've preferred Tony Shalhoub.
Still cool I suppose. Though these chair portraits are getting very boring very quickly.

@Batz it was almost as if it was meant to be a homage to the Bourne movies but it ended up being a horrible parody.

yeah I expected it to be a piece of shit but I was pleasantly surprised although the most annoying thing was that kid who was with Lawrence, forgot his Hutcher something boy was he annoying and his wooden acting didn't help. Shame they didn't recast him, the guy looked like he was her younger brother.

That's pretty much how I always imagined Beetee.
