Wow. So the story may be meh but the cinematography is amazing? I may check it out for that alone.

while i'm sure visually its stunning, I just don't think I can sit through a 2 hour movie of people floating slowly into space

His only good movie is Prisoner of Azkaban. its a good movie but the weakest Harry Potter movie. Children of Men sucked. His other films sucked and I have seen piles of shit that are more worth getting excited about than Gravity. The fact Alfonso Cuaron keeps getting jobs is disheartening.

The thought of what happened in the teaser just scares me and leaves me uncomfortable. Can't wait to see it.

Seriously, it's basically a long movie of Sandra Bullock having a panic attack in space and George Clooney Trying to calm her down... It was long and very boring...

I very much like an opportunity to see this footage. It sounds like an extension of the first teaser trailer we saw. I definitely intend to see this at the theatre. My only concern from seeing the teaser trailer was the voice over of Bullock & Clooney. So I am hoping they fixed & tweaked it. The voice overs in the teaser were a bit too clear & crisp & took me out of the moment. I am hoping the voice overs now are more integrated & have more of a sense of 'being in the space suit' & what is sounds like when someone from one space suit is communicating to you, in your space suit. I'm looking forward to seeing this movie & hopefully hearing some of those improvements since seeing the teaser.

There are actually people who dislike Children of Men? Okay, okay, no, guess that's a possibility. But saying it's a bad movie...? :O

On my initial "most anticipated movies 2013" list only Gravity and Thor 2 are left, and of the movies so far none has managed to exceed my expectations (Pacific Rim probably being the only one that at least matched them). So hey, your chances of getting my personal (nonexistant but heartfelt) 'movie of the year' award aren't too bad, Mr. Cuarón! :D
