15 Sexiest Comic Book Movie Scenes

Barb Wire
Warning! The Video Below Is NSFW! Contains Partial Nudity.

Pamela Anderson's Striptease: 1996's Barb Wire, is based on the Dark Horse comic book series of the same name. It starred Pamela Anderson, Temuera Morrison, Victoria Rowell, Jack Noseworthy and Xander Berkeley. When the best scene in the film is the opening credits, that pretty much tells you all you need to know about Barb Wire. Well, I guess you could mention the absurd choice to have the film be a scene-for-scene remake of Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman's classic, Casablanca (1942). So, let me save you some time and encourage you to JUST watch Pamela Anderson's opening credit striptease, and nothing further from this awful, awful film.

.......................................................

Dick Tracy

Madonna Seducing Dick Tracy: 1990's Dick Tracy, in which Warren Beatty ("Heaven Can Wait") directed and starred in, was based on the long-running comic strip created by Chester Gould. In the film, Dick Tracy wants a seductive and sultry singer, Breathless Mahoney (Madonna), to testify against Alphonse "Big Boy" Caprice (Al Pacino). When he calls her in he is surprised to see her wearing a dress with a deep neckline, something befitting of Elvira. She makes every attempt to seduce Dick, even going as far as getting on all fours on Dick's desk. How the film got a PG rating still amazes me to this day.

.......................................................

Watchmen

Silk Spectre & Nite Owl Have Sex: The video above does NOT include the scene that I am referring to. The sex scene between Silk Spectre (Malin Akerman) and the Nite Owl (Patrick Wilson) can be viewed by clicking here. Be warned, it does contain lots of nudity, as graphic as a late night Cinemax film. It takes place not too long after Dan's dream, of him and Laurie kissing as a nuclear explosion engulfs them. When he awakes Dan and Laurie decide to don their old costumes again and “play superhero” for the night. After they rescue a bunch of people from a building that is on fire, the two make love inside Nite Owl's flying vehicle. Halleluiah!

.......................................................

Super

Horny Ellen Page: James Gunn's 2010 dark comedy, Super, is not based on any comic book, but it is inspired by the genre. The film centers around Frank Darbo (Rainn Wilson), a man that has recently lost his wife Sarah (Liv Tyler) to a strip club owner, Jacques (Kevin Bacon). Jacques has Sarah, an ex-addict, hooked on drugs again, and Frank is determined to rescue her. Believing that God has destined him to become a superhero he goes about fighting crime as costumed vigilante, Crimson Bolt. Along his journey he encounters a pint-sized, foul-mouthed comic store clerk, Libby (Ellen Page), who desperately wants to become Frank's superhero sidekick. Reluctantly, Frank agrees, and she makes a costume and takes on the identity of Boltie. Now, as for the scene above, Ellen Page rapes Rainn Wilson. Yup, the little firecracker with a penchant for violence is so excited about her new super-identity that she just has to blow off some steam with Crimson Bolt. Even though Frank begs her to stop coming onto him, her moaning, groaning, and outright whining like a cat in heat finally gets the better of him. No means, no!

.......................................................

Catwoman

Catwoman Struts: 2004's box office bomb, Catwoman, made many, many mistakes, but off the top of my head the most egregious were the abysmal special effects, a preposterous plot, and a lack of any connection to the source material. I just don't understand why they would make a Catwoman film that feels nothing like Catwoman. So, what's the scene worth checking out, that is so sexy? Well, no real scene in particular. I guess we could key in on Catwoman/Patience Phillips (Halle Berry) strutting across rooftops in skin-tight leather pants, a bustier bra and a cat mask. Basically the films one redeeming quality is that director Pitof Comar was able to showcase Halle Berry's stunning good looks. Just too bad he had no idea how to tell a story.

.......................................................

Weird Science

Showering Is Fun: Hey, Weird Science isn't a comic book movie! Au contraire mon frere. John Hughes's 1985 classic sci-fi comedy is loosely based on Al Feldstein's story "Made of the Future" found in the fifth issue of EC Comics' "Weird Science." The film starred Anthony Michael Hall as Gary, Ilan Mitchell-Smith as Wyatt, and Kelly LeBrock as Lisa. Gary and Wyatt are too high school nerds that create Lisa, and even though she offers herself to them with the sexy line, "So, what would you little maniacs like to do first?" the boys are too naive to take advantage of their good fortune. The first request that they make is to shower with Lisa, as you can see in the video above.

.......................................................

Howard The Duck

Lea Thompson Tries To Seduce A Duck: Hey, that's creepy! Don't blame me, blame George Lucas. The man behind Star Wars produced a live-action film based on Marvel Comics' Howard The Duck. The film starred Lea Thompson, Tim Robbins, Jeffrey Jones and Chip Zien as the voice of Howard the Duck. Now as for the scene above, Howard, initially tries to put the moves on Lea Thompson (Beverly Switzler), but is caught off guard when Lea turns the tables on him and makes her own move. Why is it here? Keep in mind that Lea Thompson was the go-to good girl in films at this point in 1986. As an audience we only saw her in All the Right Moves (band geek), Red Dawn (Good girl with a crush), Back to the Future (Marty's horny mom), and SpaceCamp (nerd). So, outside of the incestuous yearning she had for Marty McFly we really hadn't seen her sexual side. Besides, it's not like she would've enjoyed it with Howard, he has a corkscrew-shaped...

.......................................................

The Incredible Hulk

Betty Gets Bruce's Heart Pumping: Louis Leterrier's 2008 film, The Incredible Hulk, ditched the psychodrama that plagued Ang Lee's Hulk and focused more so on the action. One interesting scene, involved Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) and Betty Ross (Liv Tyler) in a motel room. While they're hiding out in there the two ex-lovers begin to embrace each other like horny teenagers on prom night, but Bruce's heart monitor warns him that his heart rate is increasing. So, besides the hell of turning into The Hulk, Bruce also can't enjoy sex without turning into Green Goliath. Although, I suspect Betty wouldn't mind that outcome, see video below.

.......................................................

The Mask

Cameron Diaz, A Live-Action Jessica Rabbit: Hey, remember that time when Jim Carrey was funny and Cameron Diaz was sexy? Oh yeah, good times. 1994's The Mask is based on a Dark Horse Comics' title, of the same name. It starred Jim Carrey as Stanley Ipkiss/The Mask and Cameron Diaz as Tina Carlyle. It was also Diaz's first featured film role. The moment that I knew Diaz was destined to be a star would be her performance at the Coco Bongo nightclub. scene, Although Diaz didn't actually sing (dubbed by Susan Boyd) in the scene, her presence exuded a raw sexiness as she struts across the stage with a sensual elegance.

.......................................................

Tales from the Crypt Presents: Bordello of Blood

Angie Everhart Wearing A Cheerleader's Uniform: 1996's Bordello of Blood, which starred Dennis Miller, Erika Eleniak, Angie Everhart and Corey Feldman, was based on HBO's Tales from the Crypt, which is based on EC Comics series of the same name. Any film that features Erika Eleniak and Angie Everhart is sure to produce a sexy scene or two. Heck, they could make chopping broccoli exciting. But there is one scene in particular that I must of rewound on my VCR a hundred times, and that took place after Lilith (Angie Everhart) has a secondhand taste of blood from private investigator Rafe Guttman, played by Dennis Miller. She develops quite an interest in him. Which leads her to seduce the sarcastic motormouth. She invades his mind, offering him a fantasy that no man could resist (he resists) as she appears in a cheerleader's uniform and chants, ""Two, four, six, eight! You can watch me ..."

.......................................................

The Return of Swamp Thing

Swamp Thing Has Sex With Heather Locklear : In 1982 Wes Craven ventured into the world of comic book movies and gave us a dark gritty gem with Swamp Thing, based on the DC Comics character. It was a film that I loved, and when I heard a sequel was in the works I eagerly awaited it's release - too bad nobody else did. 1989's The Return of Swamp Thing is a much lighter take on the material, and was directed by Jim Wynorski. The film bombed at the box office, but there is one scene that involved Abby Arcane (Heather Locklear), the stepdaughter of Dr. Arcane (Louis Jourdan), wanting to have an intimate moment with Swamp Thing/Alec Holland (Dick Durock). Surprisingly, the scene is actually based on Alan Moore's run. In the issue, “The Rites Of Spring,” Abigail Holland eats a phallic psychoactive tuber, that grew from Swampy's body, and this puts her mind in a hallucinogenic state where she can embrace the humanoid plant to her heart's content.

.......................................................

Sin City

Jessica Alba As An Exotic Dancer: 2005's Sin City, is based on Frank Miller's graphic novel series of the same name. In the film, there is a sensuous pole dancing sequence performed by Jessica Alba. She plays Nancy Callahan, the stripper with a heart of gold. She is seen gyrating in a pair of sexy chaps, while twirling a lasso. Yum!

.......................................................

A History Of Violence

Maria Bello Wearing A Cheerleader's Uniform: Let's get physical. Get down, get hard, get mean. Let's get physical. And beat that meat! Too much? Probably too much. Anyway 2005's A History of Violence is a terrific film, directed by David Cronenberg, and based on 1997 graphic novel of the same name by John Wagner and Vince Locke. The film starred Viggo Mortensen as Tom Stall/Joey Cusack, Maria Bello as Edie Stall, Ed Harris as Carl Fogarty and William Hurt as Richie Cusack. As for the scene above, well I'm a huge fan of Maria Bello, ever since Coyote Ugly, and to see one of your favorite actresses having a scene in which she is roleplaying as a cheerleader is smoking hot. Add in the fact that that Maria's character is presented as this sweet motherly figure, it's hot to see her show a playfully sensuous side when she and her husband (Viggo) have the house all to themselves.

.......................................................

X2: X-Men United

Mystique Tries To Trick Logan Into Sex: 2003's X-Men 2 certainly gets a boost from one hot scene in particular, involving Logan (Hugh Jackman) and Mystique (Rebecca Romijn-Stamos). Before we get to that scene, let's remember the scene that came before it. Jean Grey (Famke Janssen) and Logan have a conversation by the X-Jet, in which she tells him that girls flirt with the dangerous guy, but they don't marry them. Even though Logan tries to assure Jean that he can be a good guy, she thinks differently and walks away. Now we get to the juicy scene. Hours have passed since that encounter, it is nighttime and Logan is alone in his tent when all of a sudden Jean sneaks in. The two begin to kiss like long lost lovers, but the fun comes to a halt when Logan feels three familiar scar marks on Jean's belly. That is when he knows that Mystique has disguised herself as the girl he has been pining for. It gets a lot more interesting when Mystique offers her shape-shifting ability to please Logan's deepest fantasies - shifting into Storm (Halle Berry) and Rogue (Anna Paquin). How great is that? You could never get bored.

.......................................................

Batman Returns

Catwoman Licks Batman: Tim Burton's Batman (1989) was a huge box office hit, and of course Warner Bros. wanted to capitalize on that success with a sequel, thus 1992's Batman Returns. A film that would see Michael Keaton reprise his role of Bruce Wayne/Batman for the very last time, as he takes on Max Shreck (Christopher Walken), the Penguin (Danny DeVito), and the new masked vigilante dressed in a stitched-together, black patent leather costume, Catwoman (Michelle Pfeiffer). The most scintillating scene, for me, is after Batman has been setup by Penguin and Catwoman, to look like he murdered the Ice Princess. Our Dark Knight is shot by Gotham police officers. The gunshots don't get past his armor, but it does leave Batman dazed. This is when Catwoman leaps upon the Caped Crusader, pinning him to the ground with her body. A brief but tantalizing exchange takes place about mistletoe and a kiss, ending with Catwoman licking Batman's face.

nailbiter111 - 9/30/2013, 3:06 PM
RorMachine - Watchmen was in the mix, but not being able to find a clean version of the sex scene pushed it out of the top ten. Same goes for Barb Wire striptease/intro.
Ghostfire - 9/30/2013, 3:12 PM
I dont think a clean version of the Watchmen sex scene even exist. Totally forgot about the barb wire intro... How about an honorable mention instead, Nail.
nailbiter111 - 9/30/2013, 3:14 PM
I mentioned them, that's honorable, right? lol
localman22 - 9/30/2013, 3:19 PM
Personally, I want to forget the Catwoman movie ever existed . . .

Everyone who ever says this movie or that movie was really bad, needs to re-watch Catwoman. It makes X-3, Daredevil, and even both Ghost Rider movies look Oscar-worthy.
Mike89 - 9/30/2013, 3:25 PM

You had to put that god awful piece of shit Catwoman on here.

Duck sex is disturbing.
Greengo - 9/30/2013, 3:57 PM
B&Y: That scene may have qualified if Angelina Jolie didn't use a stunt ass.
SoundWave - 9/30/2013, 3:57 PM
"Catwoman Licks Batman" is the best!!!
HubisKhan - 9/30/2013, 4:01 PM
I hope that I'm not destroying anyone's fantasy, but could sex with the Hulk literally kill a female? Even at average length and girth, "Hulking" out at 2-3 times his size could be damaging enough to literally "beat it out the box"? Not to mention the furious pace that sex would occur due to his rage.

I'm just saying.

Kyos - 9/30/2013, 4:02 PM
No love for King Leonidas and Queen Gorgo? ^^
DioFoRio - 9/30/2013, 4:05 PM

Michelle Pfeiffer is and will always be the sexiest comicbook movie female.
She looked incredible in that skin tight catsuit.
The way she walked and talked exuded confidence and sex appeal.
So alluring.

marvel72 - 10/1/2013, 4:20 AM
michelle pfeiffer is still the sexiest, anne hathaway you have nothing on her.
SpideyQuad - 10/1/2013, 5:50 AM
"Like a fat blue Britney Spears" too funny!

I agree Marvel72 nobody beats Michelle

"Oh meow"
moonknightatl - 10/1/2013, 6:00 AM
I second the Adrienne Barbeau vote from Swamp Thing. She had one of the best bodies in the history of hollywood and showed it nicely in that movie. The two female leads from the two Ghost Rider Movies (Eva mendes and Violante Placido) also had fine moments. Overall good list and nice catch on Lea Thompson.
