Nolan's famous for filming the entire script and NOT making cuts. According to Jonah Nolan, he gave an interview with creative screenwriting magazine when TDK came out and he went on record saying that him and his brother would write the scripts the way they saw it on screen, so there was no need for cuts.
To my knowledge, the only thing that was cut from TDK was a small 5-10 second piece of the joker exiting Wayne's building and getting into a car. They cut it because they said it would be weird if the Joker dropped Rachel and 10 seconds after he dropped her he was leaving through the front door, it wouldn't make sence...beyond that, everything from the shooting script made it into the film.
