Spideysense44 - 8/2/2014, 7:09 PM
Splinter looks awful :(
DrKinsolving - 8/2/2014, 7:10 PM
I thought there was gonna be more pizza
0megaDaGod - 8/2/2014, 7:12 PM
Splinter looks turrible

Like, damn...
DrKinsolving - 8/2/2014, 7:18 PM
Whoa, what happened to Masta Splinter

RorMachine - 8/2/2014, 7:24 PM
Yeah..he looks pretty bad..and just when I've ALMOST gotten used to the Turtles.
JredTheRed - 8/2/2014, 7:32 PM
it says 99 cheese pizza...not 100
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 7:42 PM
I told you guys the CGI in this movie looked terrible.
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 7:42 PM
How is that even possible in the year 2014?
AlphaAndDecima - 8/2/2014, 7:44 PM
It says 99 not once, but twice and you still messed up.
AlphaAndDecima - 8/2/2014, 7:45 PM

"I told you guys the CGI in this movie looked terrible."

I'm glad it's not.
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 7:46 PM
And because we are on the topic of CGI, I want to talk Thanos. I can't wait to see his updated version in the sequel actually do something. Thanos left me wanting so much more and I have to wait so long to see him again.

Why is Marvel teasing us with Thanos so bad? He's getting the Hulk treatment. I understand he's all CGI and that costs money but I need more.
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 7:47 PM
That's just my opinion man. Not saying everyone else thinks that.
AlphaAndDecima - 8/2/2014, 7:49 PM

Then why type out this:

"I told you guys the CGI in this movie looked terrible"

like it was more than an opinion?
TheDarkKryptonian - 8/2/2014, 7:57 PM
"The biggest adventure of the summer"

Um, have you ever heard of a little movie named Guardians of the Galaxy?
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 8:04 PM
I guess I'm saying that because it's what I think.
Humperdink - 8/2/2014, 8:14 PM
They captured the zany silly goofy fun of the show without making you feel ashamed to go watch it.
How did they do it?
AlphaAndDecima - 8/2/2014, 8:16 PM

Well, you definitely typed it out in a way where you're making it seem like it's fact. Not everyones thinks the same, though.
Bodwulf - 8/2/2014, 8:17 PM
O.K. Howard the Duck did not look so bad after all.

AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 8:22 PM
To me, my opinion is fact. It's a fact that I think the CGI looks very poor.
Humperdink - 8/2/2014, 8:22 PM
You Turtle fans should show some love for Usagi Yojimbo creator and Ninja Turtle collaborator Stan Sakai.

I don't know if you are aware of it but he and his family have gone through some rough and traumatic setbacks of late that garnered some hefty hospital bills and a bunch of comic industry folks got together and contributed art (myself included) to a book to help him pay for them via Darkhorse publishing.

It really is a gorgeous book so you may want to check it out if you can.
kalelhawj - 8/2/2014, 8:28 PM
CGI looks just like Thanos. You marvel fanboy need to stop hating trying to debunk the movie so GOTG won't lost the BO next week... To bad the turtle will win the BO next week when it opens...
AlphaAndDecima - 8/2/2014, 8:34 PM

One's opinion is fact…a very odd and dumb way to think of it as.

In that case, my opinion of TDKR being the best CBM is now fact? Hah…sure...
Gnoxorm - 8/2/2014, 8:37 PM

AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 8:38 PM
I think Thanos CGI is mediocre at best. Also, Guardians of the Galaxy deserves way more money than this movie. However, it will be beat by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at the box office. It doesn't matter though, there is no way this will be a better movie than Guardians of the Galaxy.
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 8:42 PM
Yes! It's a fact that you think The Dark Knight Rises is the best CBM.
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 8:43 PM
It's a fact that I think the CGI looks terrible.
AlexanderLykins - 8/2/2014, 8:45 PM
My gold standards for CGI is the Hulk in Marvel's The Avengers and the Apes in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
Dios - 8/2/2014, 8:48 PM i want some f-in pizza.
RangerStorm44 - 8/2/2014, 8:50 PM
''The 99 Cheese Pizza'' [frick]ing hilarious
Pending - 8/2/2014, 8:50 PM
That bad CGI Splinter is the stuff of nightmares.
0megaDaGod - 8/2/2014, 9:48 PM
Just came back to say that CGI is awful

Even worse than when I looked at it a few hours ago

I didn't know you'd said it was terrible before, but I can say you are most definitely right
KIDDSOUL - 8/2/2014, 10:31 PM
There's a MEH feeling I have about Splinter's CGI. It seems to be not great nor terrible but it's interesting nonetheless.

However, a few seconds of a talking humanoid rat is not enough for me to completely debunk this as totally awful, terrible or poor. So far it looks to be a fun movie and I will have to see more of this to pass judgement.
