I honestly don't know what it is sometimes; that I just can't seem to understand a lot of criticism sometimes. In any media; not just movies.

I feel like the older I get the more and more I see how much criticism is out there just to BE criticism. It makes sense that the more spoiled we get with our entertainment, the higher our standards rise.

That is true, but I do think it really sucks. Seriously.

Good movie. Although it was a bit distracting for me that they replaced Todd. I hate recasts.

I HATE when the critics' opinions and mine agree, but sadly, it happened with Kick-Ass 2.

I wouldn't call it "crap" though. It had it's fun moments - most of them involving the Motherf*ker, and Mother Russia DESTROYING cops to the Tetris theme... but whatever magic the first one had - it's gone here.

Loved it myself, and was highly entertained. Most fun had in the movies this year. Not nearly the best cbm of the year, but definitely the most fun. Didn't expect a sequel to break new ground. They always get hit by the critics, because its not as groundbreaking as the first. One thing I thought that could've been better was the score.

It definitely looks like its up to the dvd sales again, if we want a sequel. I hope this doesn't kill the chances of more hard r cbms.

Not as good as the first one. The change in directors is noticeable. That said its not terrible. It just goes back and forth from "I'm a Hero" "i give up being a hero!" I hate that kind of story line.

I enjoyed the training scene at the end. Shows his new helmet and blueprints for a suit. That got me hyped for another one down the road. I'm sure Kick Ass will get another shot.

Just got out the cinema like 20mins ago, really enjoyed it. Easily just as good as the first one.

It was definitely a good movie but the first was better of course. It's just much more enjoyable watching a small child kill gangsters than a older girl. Plus I don't know how I feel about Kick-Ass becoming this ripped badass for the next one. The movie series is enjoyable because he is not good superhero.

Kick Ass is better than Both Hellboys but both Hellboys are better than Kick Ass 2.

watchable,it had its moments but overall disappointing.

I agree that mother russia vs hit-girl was almost worth the price of admission

BUt I really enjoyed the Hit-girl van rescue scene!!!

I thought the movie was great, though I thought the whole mother Russia vs hit-girl scene was actually kinda disappointing for some reason.

Not as good as the first (and you could tell it was missing that Vaughn magic) but still worth seeing for strong performances and some good action scenes

Universal chickened out of the film's original title: Kick Ass 2: Balls to the wall - yet kept the character 'The Mother[frick]er' in the film and in the films marketing - go figure!. O.o

Universal you cowards!.
