Awesome, nice to see the Wolverine up for something. Really want to see American Hustle and 12 Years a Slave, both look great

Really hope Bryan Cranston takes it for Breaking Bad, the last 8 episodes were incredible, very dramatic and emotional, but be more than happy if Game of Thrones takes it too
KrazyForKomix - 12/11/2013, 7:07 AM
Mayim Bialik all the way!
EarOne - 12/11/2013, 7:08 AM
Hugh Jackman should get a recognition. he's REALLY good in the underrated Prisoners.
charlie2094 - 12/11/2013, 7:10 AM
@EarOne

Definitely agree! Jackman and Gyllenhaal both were fantastic in that film, but Jackman especially

Where is 'Best Man Holiday' dammit?

'12 Years a Slave' is going to win because of 2 things. It's about slavery, and it's going to get the black vote if you know what I mean. I know it's going to get my vote.

BLACK POWER!

No nomination for Bale? He looks like he's gonna be the best thing about American Hustle.
QuestiontheAnswer - 12/11/2013, 7:22 AM
The only thing I find funny about Modern Family is that it's considered a comedy.

Gonna see "Captain Phillips" this saturday.
Looks like Hank is heading for an Oscar with this one.
Still, he may not be the winner here.
Hugh Jackman could end up with Oscar for "Prisoners".
That is if he will get nominated.
I can't see his name here.
jerryblake - 12/11/2013, 7:31 AM
It's kinda weird
jerryblake - 12/11/2013, 7:32 AM
(note: i still haven't seen Prisoners)
Seejay - 12/11/2013, 7:39 AM

@Jerryblake.

Prisoners, great movie.
jerryblake - 12/11/2013, 7:51 AM
@Seejay

is it Oscar worthy ?

charlie2094 - 12/11/2013, 7:55 AM
@jerry

You should definitely watch it, a very smart, incredibly well acted film. I'd say it's definitely Oscar worthy, especially Jackmans performance, he goes through many different emotions and struggles, fantastic in the role
jerryblake - 12/11/2013, 7:56 AM
thanks @Charlie

Hugh Jackman not nominated for The Wolverine?

mm... he's not getting too much love, is he?
jerryblake - 12/11/2013, 8:13 AM
@gambgel

i wouldn't mind. Really. He was [frick]ing great.
jerryblake - 12/11/2013, 8:14 AM
@Gus

hmmm ... very nice. Stylish. Avangard. I'm out of words.
DelTorite - 12/11/2013, 8:45 AM
Peter Dinklage wasn't so good this season. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Charles Dance were better than him this season.
DelTorite - 12/11/2013, 8:46 AM
Aren't people tired of Jim Parsons?
Bl00dwerk - 12/11/2013, 8:53 AM
Claire Danes is amazing on Homeland...
LorenzoVonMatterhorn93 - 12/11/2013, 9:33 AM
the ensemble one should go to GoT...
and why is it that only peter dinklage get nominations or sometimes emilia clarke but no one else from GoT.
EdgyOutsider - 12/11/2013, 12:02 PM
Recently watched Gravity, better than Children of Men but suffers from the same problems. Average acting, no tension therefore no thrills, an overall bland film. Great score for Gravity but, it's visuals are good for the most part. A good portion of the time they felt fake. As with Children of Men, it's over rated and actually quite boring. Gravity is better than I expected it to be but, still, eh.

I feel Prisoners got snubbed at for SAG nominations. But, that's just me.
HBarnill - 12/11/2013, 12:23 PM
Matthew McConaughey is in!!!!
staypuffed - 12/11/2013, 1:32 PM
my two cents:

Just give all the awards to American Hustle already.
Game of Thrones has an amazing ensemble.
Big Bang Theory is an overrated piece of shit. Jim Parsons deserves nothing.
MightyZeus - 12/12/2013, 4:07 AM
I'd give Prisoners a go. I've been wanting to see it for a while. I think most of those awards deserves to go to Gravity. It seriously is a brilliant film especially with the two main actors performing and giving the audience a believable performance.

The Walking Dead deserves more credit. I just feel most movies and tv drams get snubbed.

American Hustle is average at best but besides that everything else is good.
