Nice clip. Where Triplett shoots him in the head you can see metal underneath the skin.
batz11 - 3/28/2014, 8:09 AM
love Paxton's expression when he flew the coop...
charlie2094 - 3/28/2014, 8:11 AM
Not much to it, but looks good

Hopefully this "Deathlok" look isn't permanent, and we get one more resembling the comics and the metal plate on his face
StarYeezus - 3/28/2014, 8:14 AM
I'm curious as to how they got the metal plate under the healthy half of his face.
Nomis - 3/28/2014, 8:16 AM
pretty good.
GinjaNinja - 3/28/2014, 8:18 AM
antwon triplet is a beast.
MercwithMouth - 3/28/2014, 8:20 AM
Pretty awesome. Man I love Bill Paxton.
ProfessorX - 3/28/2014, 8:23 AM
@StarYeezusTheNeonKid: Injected liquid metal maybe (like with Wolverine)? Or maybe it's fake skin.
GinjaNinja - 3/28/2014, 8:23 AM
so my bet is we will see his metal half face, and the other half will stay the nasty look. I think the armor is going to cover a little more and no metal arm. So it will be pretty close to the deathlok from the comics.
fortycals - 3/28/2014, 8:23 AM
Damn, I hope these guys stick around.
StarYeezus - 3/28/2014, 8:25 AM
@fortycals I think Triplett is going to join the main cast. Don't know about Garrett.
ManCalledSting - 3/28/2014, 8:26 AM
I hate to say it, but Paxton is really bad in this.
MercwithMouth - 3/28/2014, 8:34 AM
@OldGreg

Paxton has never been a great actor. But he's perfect for stereotype characters, and his humour is good.
Joementum - 3/28/2014, 8:36 AM
Agent Triathlon gonna get it on with this
BatManiac - 3/28/2014, 8:43 AM
Deathlok looks like shit, but I like Bill Paxton's character.
fortycals - 3/28/2014, 8:44 AM
@yeezus
Yeah I know, I just like the whole trip/garret/ward combo. Plus chet (paxton) is the man.
StarYeezus - 3/28/2014, 8:48 AM
@Joementum

A moment of silence for our fallen homie Fitz. May he one day escape the friend zone.

I like Bill Paxton in this. Most likeable ass**** character he's done since ALIENS. (As opposed to totally unlikeable ass**** in TRUE LIES)
Arrowhead77 - 3/28/2014, 8:57 AM
Looks good. Lets get a Bad ass Deathlok! Just like the comics!
rabid - 3/28/2014, 9:00 AM
This looks great! I'm trying to stay excited about it, but it's difficult with the network's jacked up programming breaks.
Mastyrwerk - 3/28/2014, 9:01 AM
So awesome!

Based on the tink sound off his head, the face plate is under the skin, like Terminator. I assume there was more work done to him than we thought and the "unburned" part of his face is concealing the true extent of the damage.

So much win!
thatiscrazy - 3/28/2014, 9:03 AM
Triplett has great screen presence, hope he starts to have a bigger role.
thatiscrazy - 3/28/2014, 9:04 AM
Deathlok is a beast! hope they evolve the look though.
GinjaNinja - 3/28/2014, 9:05 AM
triplett should join the regular cast.
sikwon - 3/28/2014, 9:06 AM
I can't wait!
Kyos - 3/28/2014, 9:10 AM
Not sure about the exact context of this scene, but if "he's not going down" and you want him to go down - keep firing?! But I guess they have other plans.

Nice to see Garret and Triplett in action! I'm a little afraid though of returning to AoS level action scenes after 'The Winter Soldier'. Looking forward to seeing the consequences of the events in the movie on Coulson and his team, anyways.

@StarYeezus- LMMFFAAAOOO!!^^^^^^
ManCalledSting - 3/28/2014, 9:14 AM
Merc: He's good in other things, but this just feels like forced acting.
fortycals - 3/28/2014, 9:15 AM
@noassembly
I think I liked his big brother asshole from weird science the best. Man this dude had been type casted.
aRandomSinisterClone - 3/28/2014, 9:24 AM
hmmmm Deathstroke vs Deathlok this week, who will be better...
MercwithMouth - 3/28/2014, 9:26 AM
@fortycals

Chet!!! He was awesome in weird science! My 2nd favorite 80's movie, behind Breakfast Club.
Ceejay - 3/28/2014, 9:26 AM
Wow, that was crap. Deathlock took time to use the stairs, crash through a door looking for a fight but then leaves through a hole in the roof.

I wonder how many people saw this Frankenstein monster wannabe arriving at the building and think WTF?
aRandomSinisterClone - 3/28/2014, 9:27 AM
wow, those special effects are cheap as hell
MrSuperheromoviefan - 3/28/2014, 9:29 AM
That was pretty badass
I prefer AOS than Arrow.
No offense, but Arrow is getting boring with the harshness to force the events.
MantiniuMan - 3/28/2014, 9:45 AM
Those FX need some work they need the Hero's FX team in,that looked weak.
ProfessorX - 3/28/2014, 9:50 AM
@Ceejay: I wondered how long it would take you to arrive, [foo foo]. I expect you're just jealous that Marvel has a TV show set in its own cinematic universe. DC doesn't even have a cinematic universe yet, let alone tie-in shows!
ProfessorX - 3/28/2014, 9:50 AM
Maestro - 3/28/2014, 9:51 AM
Nice scene. I'll be watching.
NBAfanaddict - 3/28/2014, 10:12 AM
I demand more Paxton and Triplett. MORE PAXTON AND TRIPLETT!!!!
