Sorry for that fanboy scream but I am in heaven after that trailer! That movie looks incredible! And iron man looks the best he ever has! I CANT WAIT FOR THE MOVIE, THAT WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT FOR THE TRAILER!

And putting ac/dc in the trailer was a stroke of genius after Back In Black being in the first one

I think as awesome as it is they should have had some dialog for Widow and Rhodey..but, im sure we will get a longer trailer at some stage.

One thing I dont like. The Mark V armour dosen't realy look any different. I mean it'll probably do some cool new stuff but a different paint job would have been fun.

dude dude dude dude! jesus christ! what else can i say. there are so many things i love about this trailer. first of all, i have to say, even though it has been known for quite some time that whiplash is the protagonist in this film, i have to say, awesome! what a awesome way to revive a dead character on marvels part. i bet we will see alot of him on the print side of things after this. and during this whole trailer, i was waiting (i.e. yelling in my room mates ear) to see war-machine. WTF? how perfect was that 2 seconds? gawd damn if im not riddled with fanboy excitement. i guess you could say, in the long run, im very VERY pleased w/ john favreav for getting things right. thanks for doing what...(sobs uncontrollably, mumbling something that could only be described as emotional gratitude that neither you or i can even try to comprehend).

you know when we, as TRUE fans, sit back with our friends, or on our forums, try to describe what we would have done differently if we had been in the final decision making situation? next time im in that situation, just like when the first movie came out, will have NOTHING to depute. from what i have learned (mostly due to this website [thanks for giving me a place to express/release my feelings towards such matters seeing as i don't have anyone to speak to on such matters being in my current situation]) about the filming of the first movie, i can, with a honest heart, thank R.D. JR and J.F. for doing my childhood hero justice. i only hope that they know that, not only to Hollywood, or the masses, they have done a truly outstanding job. thank you for not raping the image of my heroes as some people (Fox studios) has.

@head Yeah I guess Christopher Reeve is pretty lame (rolls eyes). I was expressing my gut feeling on this one I just don't know, I mean the first one was awesome and what was the best part was where he was making his suit. So now it's the sequel, he already has the suit yeah I know about the extremis and War Machine but they can't just can't have a bunch of scenes where he's making the suits because thats what the first film was centered around. I'm just saying I don't know if I'm excited for this one. I really hope I'm wrong and it turns out to be the "Dark Horse" of the summer.

@superman4- i hear ya man. i was really just kidding. but as far as the movie, i feel that if you think about the plot of IM2 and Justin Hammer being who he is, you would be equally pumped as i am.

lets think for a second: we know war-machine's past. he replaced iron man, then had a grudge against tony (or tony to rhodey) that led to a show down, then they teamed up, and then they went there separate ways. i feel like it is very possible for them to sum most of this up, with out leaving much out, in this movie.

i, as much as the next nerd, hate when they veer too far from a origin story, but i feel i can understand the need to accommodate the masses when it comes to bringing such rich characters to the big screen.

P.S. it was just brought to my attention by my roommate that i may seem like a ass, seeing as i write the way i do. to clear such things up, i used spell-check 37 times during my first post alone, so i know im not smarter than ANYONE lol.

awesome!!

though i'm not as thrilled as I was after watching the first teaser of IM way back in sept 2007,it was bit more adventrous[the F-22 raptors n IM act was amazing],this time it was a bit predictable.
i hope Jon n Theroux come up with something ingenuous,something beyond cliche's of a sequel to hit superhero flick.
I also hope they up the action content.

I must have watched this at least 10 times by now and it keeps getting better! Some more Black Widow and Sam Rockwell would have been nice but I'm glad in a way that they didnt reveal everything in this trailer as now there's plenty to still look forward to!

If Iron Man 2 looks this amazing I just cannot imagine what The Avengers will look like! Iron Man and War Machine standing side by side looks awesome but the thought of Captain America, Thor and Iron Man standing together is too much for my mind to handle, lol! ;)

Nobody get me Wrong, this Movie is going to kick so much A$$, it's not even Funny. & it will no doubt be THE Film of 2010. Having said that, I REALLY think that Rhodey can only be played by Terrence Howard. I always hate when they never get the whole cast that all had great collaborations w/ each other back in the movie again. & whether Favreau & Terrence didnt get along, nobody could deny that buddy chemistry that RDJ & Terrence had in IM-1. 2nd, Scarlett Johansen is a FOX for SURE, but I think Emily Blunt couldve played Black Widow w/ more strength, & like it or not she was 1st up for the role, so you know if Favreau had a choice he wouldve gone w/ Emily. She more likely wouldve given Widow some depth other than just being some new Eye Candy for the Film! Not to say that Scarlet wont do a great job hell she's cast for a reason. Did anyone notice the quick flash of War Machine firing on Iron man, its one of the flying scenes, did you SEE THAT??? It is at 2:09 seconds. That's War Machine pursuing IronMan. A test maybe. There are others behind War Machine
