Possible Vague Scene Description For TDKR Featuring Bane & R'as Al Ghul

We have been sent info regarding a scene shot today for Christopher Nolan's Batman threequel. Is it on the level? Decide for yourselves..

I'm posting this one as a "Possible" because I can't be 100% sure of it's validity. That is to say, I believe it's legit, but I don't KNOW that it is. I also can't go into too much detail since I promised my source I wouldn't

Anyway, here are what little details I can tell you. My source was witness to a scene shot earlier today in [Censored]. He/she describes the following..



A large team in black hoods storm a room holding Tom Hardy as Bane led by what looked like a young ra's and kill off some stragglers.


Now he/she wasn't certain it was a young R'as(who is played by Josh Pence), but believes it is. If so we have a young R'as, and Tom hardy as Bane? Doesn't sound right to me unless Bane is supposed to be considerably older than Tom Hardy looks. OR Pence could be playing a "rejuvenated" Ra's and not Ra's from flashbacks. That doesn't seem likely given Nolan's "realistic" take on things, but you never know. Interesting eh? Apparently Hardy was not in his Bane mask either, simply "bald and huge".

It's not really anything huge news wise anyway but like I said, I believe this is the real deal, do you? Confirm or debunk below.

I'm not sure what to make of this. The guy from the Facebook page for TDKR who was there during filming and took some pictures at the place being used for Wayne Manor didn't mention seeing anything like this going on. Unless this went on inside the mansion. Ya never know.

I knew Bane would be turned into just a big thug. Nolan doesn't seem to approve much of the comic book look.

Comedian, well I can't imagine that it went on outside the mansion now! Anyway, I can't say anymore, but I'm sure this is legit. All I'm not sure about is teh young Ras thing..

So basically, Bane gets broken out of some jail from R'as Al Ghul. Sounds familiar. Anyway, Knightfall is coming.

Does anyone else wish they'd use the Tron Legacy cgi technique to make Liem Neeson young, instead of recasting the part?

(But doing a better compositing job than Tron Legacy of course -Jeff Bridges looked kinda funny)

@ Comedian, this sounds like it wasn't even on the same day OR location. What the FB guy saw and photographed has nothing to do with this, whole other scene. Has nothing to do with Wayne manor

I batman begins didn't they set it up that ra's was more of an elected position then an immortal?? If so why does bane have to be super old can't this just be the new ra's??

Maybe this Ra's doesn't have scenes that "take place 30 years prior to the current events". Maybe this is the Ra's that took over after Ducard died. Thoughts?

Hmm.. Bane probably ages normally, however with a young Ras it's possible that he took a dip in the Lazarus Pit and it brought back his youth.

@deacon, yeah, make sense... but don't forget about the kid, Joey King. Many people is talking she's young Talia. Said so, maybe some flashbacks might occur anyway.

To defeat Bane all Batman has to do is quick-throw a batarang on his nose while he´s in running in his direction, so he´ll run into the wall. Then when he´s stunned, remove the Venon pump from his back.

@marvel .... -_- if Ras is KNOWN for being immortal, then y out of the two, if either, would you think Bane would be the immortal one... Just a thought. Doesn't make sense

Maybe Ras Al Ghul is a title that is pass down to a successor, like the Zorro title. That would explain the young Ras.

Maybe Pence has taken over the mantel of Ra's and he is gathering agents for his team....Or, maybe Liam Neeson is indeed in this movie and it is he breaking Bane out of his holding room and Pence is just playing Ra's in flashbacks.

@alucard365 - I was thinking the same thing. The title was interchangeable between Neeson's and Watanabe's characters in Begins. This could just be the new guy taking over the title.

Not sure how this will work but was hoping for a possible surprise scene with Big Liam back as Ras for the finale! Let the guessing games begin!! When and where in Glasgow are they filming?

As for the scene, i can see how maybe ras is really ras, not just a younger version of himself. Remember Nolan had no problem introducing a bit of the supernatural into The Prestige, and obviously with Superman he will have to do the same.

@ Intruder- You forgot after the backbreaker:
-Bruce will hang up his cape after breaking his back.
-Catwoman will do some recon, find out the secret to Bane's power is the Lazarus Pit but she will be beaten up by Bane.
-Bruce decides he has to avenge Catwoman for her effort.
-Bruce goes hot-tubbing in Laz's Pit with Ms. Ghul.
-Then he unhangs the cape, and whoops on Bane.

All done in a totally rational way.

Maybe they believe the Lazarus pit is something like their "holy water"

We need serious plot line to be told so we have a small, but true general idea of what this is going to be about. If the teaser does come during Harry potter then that may be our official info. Atleast in TDK teaser we heard the joker speak alittle...it eased the tension
