COMICS: There Is An X-MEN Wedding On The Cards; But Who Will Tie The Knot?

Well, at least we know some mutants will survive the events of AvX! A teaser just released by Marvel hints at an upcoming wedding in the pages on Astonishing X-Men..

What couple will be walking the aisle? Well the latest Astonishing X-Men team under new writer Marjorie Liu consists of Wolverine, Warbird, Gambit, Iceman, Northstar, Cecilia Reyes and Karma - so it's a safe bet that it'll be one of them. Liu has confirmed that Northstar will be relocating to the team's base of operations in New York with his boyfriend Kyle. Now recently Archie Comics garnered attention (and controversy) when they featured a same sex wedding. Could Marvel be thinking of going down the same path? That's where my money is.
