My Avengers Fan Cast

I cast the rest of the Avengers, if any more get added or for the sequels.

These are my casting ideas for the other major or important Avengers who may be added to the film or a sequel(s) to it. I didn't cast EVERY hero who's ever been an Avenger, just the one's that I felt were noteworthy (hence why I didn't even bother with Photon, Jack of Hearts, Captain Britain, Swordsman, etc.)

We already know the set Avengers.


And Rhodey, who could make an appearance in a sequel.


OK, here's the rest.

Ant-Man/Hank Pym- Tom Cruise


Yes, he's insane. Yes, he's a Scientologist. And yes, he's also a very good actor. I think he would do quite well in the role. He's a great actor in really dramatic scenes.

Wasp/Janet Pym- Keri Russell


Keri Russell is a very talented actress and would be very good in this role. Plus, she's already worked with Cruise in "M:I III".

Black Panther/T'Challa- Dijimom Hounsou


He was fantastic in "Blood Diamond" and "Gladiator". He was meant for the role.

Ms. Marvel/Carol Danvers- Diane Kruger


She looks just like Ms. Marvel. She'd do OK.

Vision- Daniel Craig


Craig is really good as an unemotional character. He'd make a good Vision.

Scarlet Witch/Wanda Maximoff- Eliza Dushku


She's been rumored for the role and does have a resemblance to the character.

Quicksilver/Pietro Maximoff- Joseph Gordon-Levitt


I actually think he would good in this role, as Wanda's overbearing brother with a quick temper.

She-Hulk- ?????


I got no idea.

Spider-Woman/Jessica Drew- Jennifer Connelly


Spider-Woman is one of my favorite Avengers, so I picked one of my favorite actresses.

Falcon/Sam Wilson- Robert Downey Jr. as Kirk Lazarus


RDJr. would be SICK as Falcon! He would make the movie(s) so much better.

Mockingbird/Bobbi Morse- Rachel McAdams


She looks the part, is a great actress, and is also hot. Nothing more need be said.

Luke Cage- Terry Crews


Tyrese Gibson has been rumored for the role but I think Terry Crews would be much better.

Tigra/Greer Nelson- Rachel Nichols


She'd do alright.

Iron Fist/Danny Rand- Mark Wahlberg


Marky Mark! Mark Wahlberg needs to be a superhero (Max Payne doesn't count). Iron Fist would be a great choice.

Wonderman/Simon Williams- Kevin Durand


He'd do pretty good.

Sentry/Bob Reynolds- Brad Pitt


Yes, he's crazy too, but anyone who's seen "Fight Club" and/or "Se7en" will agree that he'd do a phenomenal job as Sentry.

Dr. Strange/Stephen Strange- Gary Oldman


Oldman would rock as Dr. Strange.


Captain Mar-Vell- Aaron Eckhart


If they were to decide to use Mar-Vell, Eckhart is the perfect choice. Hands down.

You casted a fictional character as Falcon

Some of these people are too old for their roles.

You casted Daniel craig as Vision, Vision is based n the same brain waves as Wonderman when he died so it should be played by the same actor.

Jennifer Connely is not british and too old, shes 40

And Haley atwell should play Sharon carter with a blond wig since Peggy and Sharon look alike, thats why cap thought she was peggy.

OK, Falcon was a joke. Relax.

But Vision and Wonderman look nothing alike. If you say RDJr can't play two different characters, then you shouldn't have the same for Vision and Wonderman.

Jessica Drew was born in England but she's not an English like character. She's basically American. Jennifer Connelly would be perfect for the role.

And who wants to see Haley Atwell again? Plus, how many people look exactly like their aunt? Not many, unless they got some screwed up genes.

rundtc@Ok dude im not tht mad over the pick for falcon.

When Wonderman died, Pym created an Ultron esque robot who carried his brain patterns so he sounds like him and has some of his memory's.

Jessica Drew does sound english, in all of her mocion comics,which are canon, it has her with an english accent.

In the comics Sharon Carter and Peggy Carter look exactly alike except for her hair, Cap has said this on multiple occasions.

1. I don't think they will have to time to have Wonderman die, then create a robot that looks and sounds like him. That's just stupid in general.

2. I didn't realize I had to go watch motion comics so I could hear how the characters sound so I can cast accordingly.

3. But who in the world looks identical to their aunt? That's just stupid.

Hugh Jackman(Australian) played Wolverine(Canadian).
Colin Farrell(Irish) played Bullseye(American).
Ian McKellen(British) played Magneto(German).
Andrew Garfield(British)is the new Spider-Man(American).
Eric Bana(Australian) played Bruce Banner(American).
Ioan Gruffudd(Welsh) played Mr. Fantastic(American).
Julian McMahon(Australian) played Dr. Doom(Latverian).
Alfred Molina(British) played Doc Ock(American).
Mickey Rourke(American) played Whiplash(Russian).
Scarlett Johansson(American) played Black Widow(Russian).
Tim Roth(British) played Emil Blonsky(Russian).

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE THE SAME NATIONALITY AS YOUR CHARACTER!!!!!!!!!

rundtc@I know dude but she is just bad for the character she is 40, Emily Blunt or Olivia wilde are good for her, they both look like her and are british.

How do you suggest to introduce Vision, cause if you'll have Wonderman then it'll be easier just to have him voice Vision.

I kno its dumb tht she looks like her niece but thats how the comics are.

Your cast isn't BAD, but I'm not liking your big two. Ant-Man should be someone like Patrick Wilson, Aaron Eckhart, or Simon Baker, and I personally like Olivia Wilde as Wasp. I agree with you on Crews as Cage though, forget Gibson. Still pretty good casting.

P.S. Will Smith 4 Falcon, and Johnny Depp a MUST for Dr. Strange, he was born to play that role.

I am not crazy about this fan cast but the one gem I see is Gary Oldman as Dr. Strange. It is original and though I like Depp I have never been sold on him as Strang. I think He would have made a good Tony Stark though...

@InSpace: I only cast actors (or actresses) who's work I've seen. I've seen nothing with Olivia Wilde (though "Tron:Legacy" does look pretty good) or Emily Blunt. I cast Connelly because she's my 3rd favorite actress and a darn good one at that.

Just have Pym make Vision for like security and he ends up joining the team. Nothing too complicated.

Not everything in Marvel movies is exactly like the comics. Wasn't Whiplash in "Iron Man 2" a combination of villains?

@Tony13175: I actually am a big Cruise fan MOVIE wise. I would love to see how he'd handle Pym, especially if they did the whole domestic abuse problem with him and Wasp. I picked Keri Russell because she's also a very talented actress and is a little closer in age than my other ideas. Will Smith was my first choice for Falcon but I think we all know that won't happen. My second choice was Michael Ealy. I just said RDJr. for fun because Tropic Thunder was so darn funny. Johnny Depp....NO!!!!

@TD90: I think Depp is kinda overrated.

YES, she looks like Carol Danvers and YES she should absolutely play her in a movie. YES!!

Uh....Robert Downey Jr is already Iron Man. He can't play a villain too.
Otherwise, the cast isn't that bad.

You've got some pretty good choices (Especially Oldman as Strange, that'd be epic!) but some are pretty bad too (Your joke pick of RDJ as Falcon)
Also, not sure if you know, Maria Hill has already been cast and is being played by Cobie Smulder

My honest opinion

The Good:

Black Panther/T'Challa- Dijimom Hounsou
Mockingbird/Bobbi Morse- Rachel McAdams
Tigra/Greer Nelson- Rachel Nichols
Vision-Daniel Craig

The Bad:

Everything else.
Everybody else is either too old (Terry Crews, Gary Oldman) or too expensive (Brad Pitt) or just doesn't belong anywere near a Avengers flick (Tom Cruise Marky Mark)

I love the good HATE the bad.

Terry crews is too old for Luke cage in my opinion. he's 56!!! Tyrese on the other hand is 32.

Tom Cruise is a great choice in my opinion.
Dijimom Hounsou as Panther, brilliant!
McAdams as Mockingbird, awesome.
Terry Crews as Luke Cage could work nicely.
Brad Pitt as Sentry, I just do see it.
The rest are okay, not the best but if done right could be a good fit.
Pretty nice cast overall!
