Reason's Why Marvel Wont Make A Silver Surfer Movie Soon

For all the Surfer fan's, let's consider why we wont see a Silver Surfer movie next year or two...

1) The Origin Of The Surfer Doesnt Really Interest People.
You know it's true, people say the origin of the Surfer is boring but only for people who are new to comic's and beside's we wouldnt like to see any movie where they mess up the Surfer's origin.

2) Marvel Has Other Thing's In Mind.
Yeah it's true Marvel is thinking about the popular superheroe's like X-men, Spider-man, Thor, and Iron man, and to be honest the Silver Surfer isn't very recognized by people.

3) The Silver Surfer And His Controversy.
Many people think that since they saw in FF rise of the Silver Surfer they think the Surfer is evil. and you remember Galactus was a cloud right? Well all im saying is that the Surfer is thought to be evil between people who dont read comic's.

4) The Surfer Isn't Very Good When It Come's To His Villian's.
I mean, the Surfer's villian's aren't so popular and if they make a Silver Surfer movie they probally use Thanos, Nebula, or the Cree.

This is true. But i wish they would do a silver surfer movie, oh and i thought it was the Kree unless im mistakened.

marvel dont have the rights to silver surfer fox does, so the title should be why fox wont make a silver surfer movie and this should be in editorial not fan fic

I kinda agree with the article, it'll be hard to use Surfer in a solo movie, and despite how camp F4:ROTSS was, at least they attempted to translate Galactus to the silver screen in a way that could have worked if executed correctly. I mean how cheesy would a giant man wearing purple armour superimposed onto the screen look? I know I sure as hell wouldn't pay to watch that.
The cloud idea could have worked well if they had given it more energy and life, made it aggressive more like a swarm than just a cloud.
although yeah Ibz has a point, Silver Surfer would be a FOX movie, not Marvel

1. Marvel doesn't own his movie rights.

Don't agree with this at all.

1. Surfer was the only one to challenge Galactus. He sacrificed himself to save his people and, in turn, forgot everything and became the harbinger of death.

2. Surfer is more popular than you think. He has been in the FF Movie, cartoon in the 90s and Super Hero Squad.

3. If they wantched the FF Movie - they know he isn't evil as he saved the Earth at the end.

4. Surfer has awesome villains - what are you talking about! Heck, one of them is rumored to be the big bad in Avengers and is the big bad in Super Hero Squad season two - Thanos! Add to that the Infinity Gauntlet plays a part in Avengers!
