THE FANCASTER: MYSTERY OF THE BAT (FULL MOVIE AND CAST)

So here is my new saga. Mystery of the Bat is the start of something spectacular and has never been done before in Batman film history. With keeping my poetic license in tact I will obey the law of comics as I try to stay true to the characters and basic stories, but adding twist as all batman movies do. So here we go this is the first movie of The Bat trilogy. I will not get into origins of Batman or any other character where an origin has been done in film, accept for Dick Grayson. Enjoy!!
Mystery of the Bat begins with opening scene as a flashback at the circus, and Bruce Wayne is over hearing an argument going on about debt and payment in the tent. He sees someone storm out. He tracks him down all the way up to the top cables to where the Graysons are performing there trapeze act. He cuts the rope and the Graysons fall to their death as young Dick Grayson watches. Bruce snaps out of the flashback and is looking at Dick today.A fatherly figure is Bruce to Dick and thats heavily detailed throughout the film.
Bruce and Silver St Cloud are currently dating and have been for a while. Edward Nigma is about to earn his place into The Gotham City Science Society, an exclusive science and technology center, where the instructor/owner of the company accuses Edward of cheating. Enraged Edwards aggression grows toward the instructor as the instructor bans edward from the Society forever. It is discovered by Bruce that Tony Zucco mob boss killed the Graysons that night as he recognizes a tattoo on the back of Zuccos neck that he remembered from that night. He decides to keep it from Dick for now. Dick comes into the batcave and request Bruce show him some of the new grapplers and equipment Lucius has earlier brought down to the cave. bruce brushes him off as he continues his research of Zucco, Dick storms off in a frenzy. Bruce flashes back to when Thomas wayne Bruces dad ignored him when Bruce asked to have a catch outside. Bruce then talks to alfred about fathering, alfred delivers wise advice about how a father can be someone your not related to.
The riddler debuts as he enters Zuccos building by disguising himself as a janitor, he sits with Zucco asking what his desires are, Zucco wants money and power, riddler informs Zucco of a large safe in the Gotham City Science Society (GCSS) where they keep all funding for research. Zucco and Riddler plan to invade steal and destroy the building. Dent, gordon and bullock are huddled in an office with several cut up newspapers in hand all with different riddles on them, as Batman arrives bullock and Batman have some words, bullock saying he will mess everything up and to stay out of the way and bullock storms off. Harvey gordon and batman, discuss what is going on and batman quickly solves the riddle which translates to the Gotham City Science Society building will be blown up on Sunday. Batman leaves and Harvey tells gordon he will flip a coin to see if they should trust the batman heads we trust him, gordon says " he doesnt think we should leave something like that up to chance." Harvey says "Im not" as the coin lands on heads. Dick goes down into the batcave while Bruce is out and finds the Zucco information, enraged Dick destroys half of the Bat Tech in the cave and leaves. Bruce and Silver are out to dinner discussing marriage and no secrets, and when bruce is contemplating of telling Silver his secret the Riddler comes in asking for the owner of the restaurant. He says if anyone moves the place blows, the owner then comes with the riddler as the riddler escapes he states that there is no bomb. Batman has the name of the owner and discovered he is known for being a nuclear chemist which Batman figures out a bomb will be in the GCSS.
Sunday comes and Gordon and Batman have an elaborate plan staked out, and Bullock ruins it by trying to catch the riddler before he gets into the building. Riddler storms off and blows the building up without receiving the money. Bullock caught in the fire and then rescued by Batman. Gordon and Dent tracking down the Riddler as the car flips and Dent falls out of the car aggresively landing in fuel from the Car they hit, the gas goes up in flames and Dents face is halved burned. Dent is hospitalized. Batman returns to the batcave and finds his stuff destroyed knowing Dick must of found the info as Zuccos pics are scattered .Silver St Cloud comes to Wayne Mansion looking for Bruce when Alfred says he has gone out, doubtful Silver sneaks in and goes into Bruces Office which she finds a secret entrance into the Batcave, "Your the Batman!" Bruce apologetically yelling im sorry as Silver escapes.
Zucco is in his office with thugs when deciding how to get the riddler back for not following through with the deal, when Robin finds Zucco and fights him for the while, Zucco and thugs end up capturing Robin. Batman flashes back to a time where him and his Dad were at school seeing a parent teacher conference where bruce notices a boy down the hall being smacked by his father, Thomas Wayne looks down and says dont stare.
Batman sets off to find Robin after he has not returned for several hours. Alfred calls the Batmobile saying that a package has come to the door. Riddler is with Robin, tormenting him, he then reveals commisioner Gordon and Silver St CLoud hanging by a rope over a never ending pit from the ceiling as Robin is now too all with mouths taped shut. Bruce gets the home to the package as he opens it he flashes back to his dad giving him a gift for passing one of his tests in the car, as bruce opens his gift he sees the little boy again being abused by his father and an old woman pulling away. The same old woman alfred once dated as a young man. Alfred gives Batman the name of the woman and Batman opens the package and finds the riddle "What is so fast but never wins the race?" Batman then finds the elderly woman now and asks what she knew about the boy, his name was edward nashton and he was physcally abused by his father. His father would accuse him of cheating on all his tests, but he really never did. Batman realizes the anwser to riddle is Cheater. He reverts to his thinking and drives to the Batcave to change and asks alfred if there is any word from silver or dick alfred says no, he drives quickly to his elementary school where enters and finds the riddler.
He sees gordon, dick, and silver all hanging. the Riddler states the riddle he gave him was easy, now this decision will be a little harder. Batman asks why hes doing this. Riddler states he was cheated out of his childhood while he had to watch the infamous Bruce Wayne succeed. Batman shocked the riddler knows his identity. Just as Riddler is about to drop the group from their suspension Zucco and friends enter to grab the Riddler for not following through on the deal, Batman quickly tracks the riddler down as Batman cuts down robin from the rope Robin then cuts out Gordon and Silver. Batman and Robin track them down via car chase when Harvey Dent is standing in the middle of the street and fires a gun directly into Zuccos car, the Car flips and Zucco and Riddler are tossed. Batman and Robin get out and Robin quickly follows Zucco down an alley, the riddler then looks at batman. Batman begs Harvey to put the gun down. Harvey states how the riddler ruined his life. Batman states he can still be the same harvey, Harvey denies.Harvey calls the coin if heads he dies, as he flips Gordon tackles harvey from behind and cuffs him as the coin lands on heads, riddler tries to escape batman chases him and Riddler then threatens to expose batmans true identity as "BRUCE!" unless he leaves the riddler alone the riddler then says that all of gotham wouldnt even believe as he talks himself out of the idea and thinks everyone would call him crazy, the batman then says your not crazy edward.. batman takes off his mask and batman says i am bruce wayne... edward states that if hes not crazy then why has he placed a bomb in Gotham City Police Dept thats goin to blow in 10 min and only solving the riddle on the bomb can stop it. Batman then goes in to depth about how being a different person from your father, and how as a kid he always knew that shouldnt of been going on with the abuse bruce witnessed.
Nigma breaks down and rips off his mask and drops his cane, batman tells him no matter what, you always passed those exams the right way. Your not a cheater Edward. Your not a bad guy. Batman then convinces edward to stop the bomb with the correct answer to the riddle, batman drives down to the police station with nigma. Robin trips and gets cornerd by zucco when zucco finds again and says farewell when Silver st Cloud shoots zucco in the back, he drops and Robin is left in awe feeling as if he couldnt get the job done he shakes silver off of him and scatters off.
Batman and nigma get their in enough time to stop the bomb Batman sees the riddle is "Who is the batman?" , Batman nervous that the answer is Bruce Wayne gets nervous.. as Gordon Bullock and the rest of the PD are huddled around the nigma to see what answer he puts into the riddle "Who is batman" edward then enters.."Unknown" .. the bomb shuts off and nigma is then cuffed by Bullock, nigma now feeling betrayed enragingly yells at batman and begins to laugh as Batman stares down to the riddler and tells him that wasnt correct edward, you cheated.. The riddler than replies "sometimes you gotta have two personalities in this world batman, you should know that, me I have several". The riddler passes Two face in the chamber and RIddler is taken into isolation. Batman then finds gordon and silver asking where Robin went, they dont know. Silver then lays a huge kiss on Batman and Gordon gives batman a punch on the shoulder as Batman then Grapples out to find robin.
A working progress, a much more elaborate script needs to be worked out and i wish to do so eventually.
Michael Fassbender - Batman/Bruce Wayne
Fassbender bandwagon has gotten bigger and bigger, with good reason. He was casted perfectly in XMen FC as Magneto and would interpret Bruce Wayne and Batman the best i think possible. There is not an actor out there who is a better choice.(believe me i searched).
Aidan Gillen - The Riddler/Edward Nigma
Gillen demonstrates great versatility and keen sense of emotion while acting and would portray the riddler perfectly.
Rachel McAdams - Silver St Cloud
Rachel is gorgeous and a better actor then most people think and could do a good job at being the damsal in distress but also the unsung hero.
Chace Crawford - Robin
Chace has the hero capability to take over a movie with his action abilities. But also can portray Dick Grayson in a great way.
Bryan Cranston - Commisioner Gordon
Cranston has displayed his outstanding acting skills in emmy award winning breaking bad, he also has won numerous awards for this role, Cranston would portray Gordon with flying colors.
Frank Vincent - Tony Zucco
Frank Vincent a very underated and talented actor can bring the mob feel to the movie that it needs.
Alexander Skarsgard - Harvey Dent/Two Face
Skarsgard has deemed himself an upcoming great new actor on television and in film, he continues to deliver in any role thats needed of him and would be a nice fit for Dent.
Clive Owen - Thomas Wayne
Clive is a veteran actor who can bring some reality to the flashbacks that Bruce looks back on.
WIlliam Defoe - Edward Nashton Senior
Defoe known for his evil roles will continue to do so here, and will have much more in depth lines then described in the plot line.
Mike Chiklis - Harvey Bullock
Chiklis has done a nice job on television and on film and can be a great "tough guy", something that Harvey Bullock is known for.
Michael Gambon - Alfred
Gambon has great experience with acting as a mentor as displayed in the Harry Potter series and he will bring some veteran acting and presence to the set.
So there it is, opinions? Questions? Let me know.. again guys this is all a working progress, and there would obviously would be a much more in depth script edited several times before i made it permanent .
