The producer and director of G.I. Joe: Retaliation discuss the film's cast and crew, why 3D is a good fit for the film, casting The Rock and the epic battle between Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow.
"In G.I. Joe mythology, [Roadblock] is the glue that kept all the Joes together but [he] was never interested in being in the spotlight and was very comfortable with Duke being in the spotlight", says The Rock.
Director Jon M. Chu talks about building a foundation for characters and story in his G.I. Joe sequel, saying that it established a different tone and reinvents many things. He also teases its effect on future installments in the series.
