"Producer's Preview" For ARROW S2, E13; "Heir To The Demon"

Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg talks about the story of the Lance family before the island - and Oliver Queen - tore them apart. With Nyssa Al Ghul on the way, you just know that their lives are about to become a whole lot more difficult! Hit the jump to check it out.

ALEX KINGSTON AND KATRINA LAW (“SPARTACUS”) GUEST STAR — As Laurel (Katie Cassidy) continues to unravel, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Lance (Paul Blackthorne) try to convince Sara (guest star Caity Lotz) to stay in Starling City and finally reunite with Laurel and Dinah (guest star Alex Kingston). However, Sara’s fellow League of Assassins member, Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law, “Spartacus”), comes to bring Sara back to the fold, but when Sara refuses, Nyssa kidnaps Dinah. Realizing she’s putting her family in danger by staying in town, Sara considers re-joining the league. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Jake Coburn.

I don't consider either Gadot or Law perfect WW choices like Cavill... however, between Gadot and Law I'd prefer the latter.

Anyways, the prospect of a Suicide Squad does intrigue and whilst Deathstroke, visually, is PERFECT, in my opinion the actress for Waller is terrible (especially her delivery of the "Squad" line. Very forced) and I have never cared for Jai White so seeing his over the top, cliche performance in a rather, from what I've seen, 2D written character, doesn't exactly appeal to me personally. Anyways, I am giving Arrow chance given the fact almost every DC fan is hero worshiping it. So far the execution doesn't exactly sit well with me but the storylines they have going on are great in concept. Love ongoing story arcs.

"I don't consider either Gadot or Law perfect WW choices like Cavill."

Wait, what?
BatmanFTW - 2/3/2014, 11:46 PM
@SonGoku I think he means like Cavill is a perfect Superman. Or at least i hope ha

Also, I really hope they do Capt. Boomerang that would be so cool to see visually. And I would give them so much props for bringing such a cheesey sounding character to the screen.

When are they gonna use some Green Arrow villians?
Klone - 2/4/2014, 8:15 AM

Yes, pretty much. Neither are perfect but in a show like Spartacus Law does actually look a bit like WW, has a superior, very WW esque physique and, from what I have seen, good range.
Rambaldi47 - 2/4/2014, 1:14 PM
They should've gotten Pam Grier to play Amanda Waller again. She was just about the only thing Smallville got right. When she shot that guy after saying Welcome to the Suicide Squad... excellent.
