They probably just did a new plaster cast for her face which is essentially a mold for the latex "mask". I'm assuming the rest is just part of the costumes or fixed in post.

Mmmmmm love me some Zoe!!!! Anyways that was my only complaint was how under powered Gamora and Drax were. Hopefully they do them lil better justice in Vol. 2!

I'd agree that she was the overall weakest character of the Guardians, and I hope they use her better in the sequel. Then again your character being the weakest is not saying that much when your competetion consists of Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Groot and Drax. ^^

Saldana is a very good actress but I agree she was probably the weak link (if there was one) of the team. Not her fault, the character just wasn't developed enough.

Rocket was perfect! Groot was perfect! Quill was I think spot on. But Gamora is like Captain America times 1000 when it comes to skill. And Drax has hulk powers.

Is it me or does she look weirder without eyebrows than she does with bright green skin??? haha.

Seriously though, it just looks odd seeing her without eyebrows (or hardly visible eyebrows) at least to me. It's really not a big deal, just hard to not notice it. hahaha

I'm not very familiar with the GotG comics, does Gamora not normally have eyebrows?? I did an image search, but it didn't help some images had them & some didn't. And in some cases it looks like the yellow or red eyeliner(?) makes it hard to tell if she has them.

You would think they'd want Gamora to have eyebrows (or more visible eyebrows) because it'd help Zoe's ability to emote & make facial expressions???

To be fair, "dark and gritty" doesn't neccessarily also mean "dull or boring", just like it doesn't automatically mean "better movie". It really depends on the execution of the individual project.

Guardians simply happens to be be a really well done and highly enjoyable movie! <3
