Want To Get Your Hands On A GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Dancing Groot? Well, Here's How...

The dancing Groot who made an appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy has become something that just about everyone who has seen the movie wants to get their hands on! So, how can you do just that? Through Hot Toys, though there are a couple of catches...

Hot Toys Rocket and Groot Sixth Scale Figure Set

So, in order to get your hands on the dancing Groot, you're going to need to spend a few hundred dollars on Hot Toys' Rocket and Groot set of action figures. That's catch number one. The other is that it's only 1/6th scale, and that means it won't be life-sized and that it will actually be pretty tiny. For now though, this looks like the closest we're going to get to an officially released version of the incredibly adorable dancing Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy! Unless Marvel have plans for something else, don't be surprised to see these going on eBay for more than the actual set itself in a few months time! What do you guys think? Be sure to share your thoughts below!

Christuffer - 8/7/2014, 6:17 PM
A Dancing Groot would make a nice desk ornament....maybe a bobblehead of some sort?
JillyMcBeam - 8/7/2014, 6:20 PM
Baby Groot is the best.
batz11 - 8/7/2014, 6:21 PM
Great scene, my daughter wants one...
DoubleDion - 8/7/2014, 6:22 PM
@MarkyMark you are not the only one, I thought that was just a terrible scene... reminded me of the lego movie. Make Mine DC the WINNERS OF COMIC CON 3 YEARS AND COUNTING.
Greengo - 8/7/2014, 6:24 PM
I thought that scene was adorable.
Havensent - 8/7/2014, 6:24 PM

That's a lot of green. Lol
GizmoEl - 8/7/2014, 6:25 PM
Wait. I don't think it dances. It's just a replica, nothing indicates that it dances.
BabyGroot - 8/7/2014, 6:26 PM
Man to think that we could've gotten this version of Groot, the baby version probably wouldn't appear as cute.

AnAvenger - 8/7/2014, 6:26 PM
I have to get this
rockerdude22 - 8/7/2014, 6:26 PM
IMO Anyone who doesn't get a kick out of that scene takes life too seriously.
AlexanderLykins - 8/7/2014, 6:27 PM
Perfecting ending to the movie. Can't even describe the emotions I felt after seeing this movie. So much heart!
pintoman - 8/7/2014, 6:27 PM
Yeah, another bad headline. This isn't a dancing Groot is it Josh? It's a small potted Groot statue. Good job. Not.
AsgardianHobo - 8/7/2014, 6:27 PM

You can't stop the wave of GROOT!!!!!!!
MightyZeus - 8/7/2014, 6:28 PM
How could anyone hate Groot.

He's too cute.
19001560 - 8/7/2014, 6:29 PM
Nobody give a shit! Marvel's still gonna have a 2 billion $ movie next year. DC sucks on that.
l0rdleg0las - 8/7/2014, 6:30 PM
I don't mind if people dislike the 2 dance scenes in the movie. Groot and Distracting Quill, but what I have difficulty understanding is why do so many think it is bad for a movie to have moments of levity and humor? If you read a GOTG comic the humor was used really well and closely resembled what is found in the comics. Not every character has to be dark and brooding.
BaneSmash - 8/7/2014, 6:31 PM
I just ordered mine

"Yes, but my lady melted when she saw it. I show her the gif and it starts all over again haha"

Same here. Heck, I kind of melted when I saw it. Put a big smile on my face and the music just made the scene as the music did throughout the film.
AlexanderLykins - 8/7/2014, 6:32 PM
Movie got me like:

BaneSmash - 8/7/2014, 6:34 PM
Bet your asses baby groot is going on ebay! If I can make half of what this set is I can buy the bank robery Joker.
AlexanderLykins - 8/7/2014, 6:35 PM
I just don't understand how people could not like this movie. I don't know how my heart made it through.

BaneSmash - 8/7/2014, 6:35 PM
Costing me*
RorMachine - 8/7/2014, 6:35 PM
"I thought that was just a terrible scene... reminded me of the lego movie."

Clearly not a fan of things that are great then.
BaneSmash - 8/7/2014, 6:36 PM
It was good not great.
FirstAvenger - 8/7/2014, 6:36 PM
Buying it on ebay.
