First Trailer For WARM BODIES - A Very Unique Zombie Movie

The Walking Lovesick? Lionsgate/Summit have released the first trailer for their upcoming rom-zom-com, which stars X-Men: First Class' Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer and John Malkovich. I think it actually looks decent, but check it out for yourselves and sound off..

When a highly unusual zombie rescues a girl from imminent death at the hands of his cohorts, their unlikely romance sets in motion a chain of events that will transform him, his fellow dead, and maybe even the whole lifeless world.

Warm Bodies is directed by Jonathan Levinwhich, and also stars Rob Corddry, Analeigh Tipton, Dave Franco and Cory Hardrict. Summit will release the movie February 1st, 2013.

It's like someone said "What is hot right now ? TWILIGHT and ZOMBIES lets do it
santoanderson - 11/8/2012, 1:11 PM
It actually feels like a parody of Twilight, as opposed to a copycat.
RorMachine - 11/8/2012, 1:12 PM
Yeah it's not taking itself seriously..just in case you didn't get that from the trailer!
thebearjew - 11/8/2012, 1:12 PM

superbatspiderman - 11/8/2012, 1:19 PM
This movie is not suposed to be taken seriously it is a comedy. It is making fun of Twilight in a way. Still I probably won't see it.
BubblesShedAndBreakfast - 11/8/2012, 1:22 PM
Wow! Whats next a romantic zombie musical? Never thought I would say this but "I'm getting tired of zombies!"

xRelentlessx - 11/8/2012, 1:37 PM
Interesting. I thought it was gonna be a Twilight rip-off, but it actually looks rather humorous.
DioFoRio - 11/8/2012, 1:39 PM

Mysterion - 11/8/2012, 2:00 PM
I'll give it a shot, why not.
Otter2269 - 11/8/2012, 2:01 PM
Probably a rental or netflix, but honestly I wouldn't mind seeing this. An interesting comedic take on a zombie apocalypse, though not up the alley of Zombieland.

l0rdleg0las - 11/8/2012, 2:09 PM
This is more in thw vein of but probably bot as good as Zombieland or Shaun of the Dead. I might check it out, but probably on netflix though
HulkSmash87 - 11/8/2012, 2:21 PM
its actually based off a book, not sure if i will see it or not
LancerEvo - 11/8/2012, 3:02 PM
So zombie meets girl, they fall in love, he eats her out (literally)? Hm.. pass!
evilness - 11/8/2012, 3:04 PM
just because something's parodying twilight-esque shit, doesn't mean it's any good

i'll pass
neonrehan - 11/8/2012, 3:16 PM
wow from all the race wars, politics, marvel/dc wars that I have managed to avoid, it comes to someone saying " I am sick of zombies" to invoke my basest instinct to say:

Id10t no one gets sick of zombie anything ever. its a fact. longest successful horror genre next to slashers.
TheSonicScrew - 11/8/2012, 3:31 PM
Ok that looks awesome
Funsize - 11/8/2012, 3:37 PM
Me wanna check it out
ejayinc - 11/8/2012, 3:46 PM
I actually think it looks kind of funny. Doesn't seem like the Twilight ripoff I was expecting when I first heard about it.
Bandrews1 - 11/8/2012, 3:48 PM
This actually looks pretty damn good.
Dmon - 11/8/2012, 3:54 PM
This movie is not that unique it has already been done almost 20 years ago. The movie was called "My Boyfriend's Back".

riddlemethis09 - 11/8/2012, 4:06 PM
This does look really funny to me, I like how it doesn't take itself too seriously and possibly is a satire on the monster romance plots that are so popular today. Will I go see it? Maybe!
englandlover77 - 11/8/2012, 4:37 PM
It's clever and hilarious, now THIS is an original concept (despite being based on a book). WAY better than the generic World War Z bullcrap we saw.
fistofthenorthstar - 11/8/2012, 4:51 PM
I'd see this before that horrible excuse for world war z.
Franshu - 11/8/2012, 4:59 PM
Well, this looks like sort of a parody, so it's not "Twilight" with zombies. Me likes.
DZ123 - 11/8/2012, 5:25 PM
Actually, it's a rip off of Xombie. Google it.
SigmaCenturion - 11/8/2012, 5:27 PM
Actually seems kind of interesting.
NightForce - 11/8/2012, 6:17 PM
At first I thought this was going to be like Twilight. But now it actually looks pretty funny since its a parody. Hope it doesn't take itself seriously.
SuperSpiderMan5778 - 11/8/2012, 6:29 PM
Nick56 - 11/8/2012, 7:46 PM
this looks like garbage
RIKSHAWRenegade - 11/8/2012, 7:58 PM
Looks entertaining enough. I'll give it a whirl!
breakUbatman - 11/8/2012, 8:05 PM
Hoult looks like the new Dante from DMC...
