The creature is great, though if they did one I'd want traditional effects, no cgi

Huuurm. Any movie that has been so tampered with in almost every way after its been finished has never turned out well. But, maybe this will break the trend!

Cannot wait for this movie! The Wolf Man was always my favorite of the Universal Monsters.
@Betty- It hasn't been announced yet, but due to the darker tone and gore we're probably looking at an R rating.

@Doctor (Mad Men reference)...why post if you don't care...? So far, the only posts I've ever seen from you just stand to illustrate that you're (to use an outdated phrase) "too cool for school". Congratulations.
Eh, I'm just overprotective of the movie I guess...I mean the original "Wolf Man" was the first movie I ever saw. Hope this lives up to my expectations.

Last I heard on "Creature" was that John Landis was looking at directing--but that was ages ago

@1chris2-- As far as Horror movies, the "big three" (heh, Universal reference) were "An American Werewolf in London", "Twilight Zone:The Movie", and "innocent Blood"...(i'm pretty sure he did "Innocent Blood"...but I'm in a bit of a haze right now--and should probably get some rest)

I've never seen any horror films other than Cloverfield,Paranormal activty, and the Evil Dead trilogy(although "Army of Darkness" was more of an action comedy movie). Is this going to be scarier than any of these?
