UPDATE: Unused Poster For THE INCREDIBLE HULK

Check out this unused theatrical poster for Marvel's 2008 Hulk movie, featuring a transforming Edward Norton. It's definitely a throwback to the old Bill Bixby Tv series. Updated with some more posters..

I picked this up over at a Marvel Facebook page which claims it's the real deal, I haven't been able to confirm it yet but since those images of Edward Norton were not used with any other promotional material for the movie I assume it's the real deal.

It's the real deal - it and 4 other posters (2 or 3 featuring the Abomination) are floating around the net. I used to have them saved to my computer, but I'll have to go looking.

I agree that it's cheesy looking and to make it look better, they should have:
1)changed the Hulked out image to the Hulk roaring
2)Actually made him turn a little green on the second, greener and slightly bulkier on the third and so on, so forth until the Hulked out image. Sorta like that transformation scene from the one in 2003.
3)Changed the background to something a little brighter, yet still dark. Like blurred cars driving by in the background or something.

The Incredible Hulk poster is my favorite of all the Marvel films. Yes Captain America's was incredible, but I just love the Incredible Hulks better. Too bad the movie wasn't as good as the poster. Still my second favorite Marvel one behind Iron Man though.

batmanrises - 12/29/2011, 6:58 PM
Glad they didn't use any of these. They suck. Alternatively, I didn't like the Hulk vs Abomination poster. They should have used the one where Norton is walking towards the camera and Hulk has his back to him....I loved that poster.

These just prove to me how much I am looking forward to Mark Ruffulo as Bruce Banner in the Avengers.
Ranger14 - 12/29/2011, 7:03 PM
Not liking those at all. Ruffalo reminds me much more of the old Bill Bixby Banner than what Norton was. Excited to see what he does with the role.

redleaf - 12/29/2011, 7:31 PM
@RFBD Same here.
GreenHalJordan - 12/29/2011, 7:33 PM
The newer ones are even better. I wonder why they never used them.
wbrowning79 - 12/29/2011, 7:47 PM
There all good. Why did they not use these? They would have promoted the movie allot better in my opinion.
AsianVersionOfET - 12/29/2011, 7:53 PM
Howlett - 12/29/2011, 8:06 PM
they should have let him play the Hulk in the Avengers.
GreendaleHumanBeing - 12/29/2011, 8:10 PM
looks like the cover of an Anamorph book

SuperSpiderMan5778 - 12/29/2011, 8:17 PM
these pics just piss me off due to the fact they're not using Eddy for Banner in the Avengers
monkeyhead78 - 12/29/2011, 8:18 PM
not being picky, but would've been great if the shirt was ripping. He goes from bloke to hulk in one shot. Still good though
darthbobtarkas - 12/29/2011, 8:31 PM
That first picture is brilliant
spectrecls07 - 12/29/2011, 8:34 PM

That's the one I meant, Intruder. Love it.
Jolt17 - 12/29/2011, 8:58 PM
Something of the first one I kind of like. Not as a poster, though, probably a promo art or whatever. The second and third also have some nice composition, just need a little bit work.
