Marvel Studios’ “Iron Man 3” pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man? Starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale with Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley, “Iron Man 3” is directed by Shane Black from a screenplay by Drew Pearce & Shane Black and is based on Marvel’s iconic Super Hero Iron Man, who first appeared on the pages of “Tales of Suspense” (#39) in 1963 and had his solo comic book debut with “The Invincible Iron Man” (#1) in May of 1968. “Iron Man 3” is presented by Marvel Studios in association with Paramount Pictures & DMG Entertainment. Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing & Jon Favreau, Louis D’Esposito, Stephen Broussard, Victoria Alonso, Alan Fine, Charles Newirth, Stan Lee & Dan Mintz are exec producers. The film hits May 3, 2013, & is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pict.

Interestingly, his neck isn't covered.
PeeJ - 12/19/2012, 4:37 PM
@LandGrizzle: So DRJ can act and move his head I would imagine. The neck armour will be CGI'ed in after I believe
Funsize - 12/19/2012, 4:38 PM
Poor guy. He goes through so much lol
NightForce - 12/19/2012, 4:40 PM
Schweet. This movie is going to be great!
MrDonut - 12/19/2012, 4:47 PM
I liked 'The Dark Knight Rises' for what it was, but felt Nolan lost his way round the end of it... 'Iron Man 3' feels like it's taking a similar approach but doing it better... This is probably my 2nd most anticipated film after 'Man of Steel' I think Marvel are going to retread on the grounded feel of their first 2 successes and really add some grit to their universe!
Xandera - 12/19/2012, 4:59 PM
Tony's gonna take a few hits by the end of this movie...
He looks like hell...
R888 - 12/19/2012, 5:07 PM

FightAs0ne - 12/19/2012, 5:09 PM
Mandarin rings effect? Looks like Tony's going to get messed.
BANE5000 - 12/19/2012, 5:09 PM

Good catch about his neck, wonder why its exposed like that, even after a big fight he seems to have been in.
MutantEquality - 12/19/2012, 5:16 PM
@dickbelt in the other post you just said you are NOT Grif. You got called out
FireKnightRises - 12/19/2012, 5:20 PM
you got quite a beating Mr.Stark
MutantEquality - 12/19/2012, 5:23 PM
@Dionysios called you out on the Star Wars VII article. you don't have to front to make friends
Fogs - 12/19/2012, 5:23 PM
That's awesome stuff!
tripttwe - 12/19/2012, 5:24 PM
Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Griff! The shot is cool, and I'm assuming the neck piece will be cgi'd in afterwards, so RDJ can keep his neck movement...
hartley07 - 12/19/2012, 5:58 PM
nice. i want to see stark actually get hurt. its dumb that he smashes into buildings at like a million miles an hour and laughs it off all the time. and don't give me that "impact dampening technology" garbage because that hasnt been established in the movies. His suit is smashed all the time and yet somehow he never has any broken bones. Thor shouldve caved his chest cavity with that first hit in Avengers.
Maximus101 - 12/19/2012, 6:04 PM
It's not a good thing Grif is back people lol has nothing positive to say in any articles other than a few marvel movies which should say something.
