Unveiled at the "Hall Of Armors" display at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, the new suit which will be donned by Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) in Iron Man 3 has finally been revealed and it's VERY different to previous versions.

Well, this is one hell of a way to kick off Saturday at the San Diego Comic-Con! The first image you can see below was officially released by Marvel's @Agent_M, while the rest come from Cinema Blend and Marvel who are on the floor of the show. As you can see, this is a very different look in comparison to the the armors seen in Iron Man, Iron Man 2 and Marvel's The Avengers, perhaps as a consequence of the rumoured "Extremis" storyline.

It looks a bit funky to me. It will probably look better in motion but the gold parts just seem too overdone.

UGH! I really hope they make the chest red at least... Iron Man shouldn't be that gold, it looks weird, otherwise cool, just change the paint apps...but they won't...

It's not bad, it's just too golden, but it's OK. I can get used to it.
And for the extremis element, I was expecting something worst or exaggerated, so I liked it. BUT I really hope this is not the only armor he wears.

eh, yeah, Wayyy too much gold...Extremis didn't have this much gold nhalden .....plus they already confirmed Tony Stark won't be injecting Extremis in the movie....they want to keep him normal for Avengers 2 and beyond still
