From Academy Award®--winning filmmaker Andrew Stanton comes "John Carter"—a sweeping action-adventure set on the mysterious and exotic planet of Barsoom (Mars). "John Carter" is based on a classic novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, whose highly imaginative adventures served as inspiration for many filmmakers, both past and present. The film tells the story of war-weary, former military captain John Carter (Taylor Kitsch), who is inexplicably transported to Mars where he becomes reluctantly embroiled in a conflict of epic proportions amongst the inhabitants of the planet, including Tars Tarkas (Willem Dafoe) and the captivating Princess Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins). In a world on the brink of collapse, Carter rediscovers his humanity when he realizes that the survival of Barsoom and its people rests in his hands.

Starring Taylor Kitsch, Lynn Collins and Willem Dafoe, Mark Strong, Bryan Cranston, James Purefoy, Dominic West, Thomas Haden Church and Ciarán Hinds. John Carter is set to hit theatres on March 9!

I thought she was stunning ever since her small role in True Blood, and she was one of the good things in Wolverine too. Hope she gets lots of exposure from Carter cos I look forward to seeing much more from her

Future Elektra anyone?

Request: More actresses like Lynn Collins, less of the talentless eye candy that pollute movies.

Please and thank you.

She's starting to become one of my favorite actresses.

That's awesome that she knows Karate in addition to being trained to use various martial arts weapons. And she got to summer in Japan growing up. So cool.

I think John Carter is going to put her on the map. More so, than X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

If she had a gap and wore glasses she would look like my wife. Believe it or not, my wife has a better body.

Always liked this lady, now with all this cool Martial Arts background, i'm even more sold.

John Carter stories are 100 years old this month. Based on that alone, i'm watching this. Also i'm a big Tarzan fan, and they're both the same creator.

Saw the movie yesterday at an early press screening. There's an embargo on it t'il thrusday, so I'll shesh, but let's just say I had to write my review right afterwards cause I'm not going to remember a thing next week. She's gorgeous, but I guess acting in front of a green screen during a whole movie is harder than it looks.
