I don't think Sue could contain Supergirl..she's just too powerful...I think Kara takes this

Supergirl can hit Sue before she can imagine a force field, game over.

Supergirl can see invisible woman thru her body heat.

all forget sue storms powers she would encase supergirl in a force field and let her punch herself into unconsiousness thus sue storm wins.

sorry inky, but Sue's force fields have limits... Since her power is an extension of her mind and body, the Invisible Woman is affected by inertial forces acting upon her projections. Thus if a car traveling at 60 miles per hour hit a wall of her force that was 6 inches thick, unless she generated a bracing shape against a sufficiently sturdy object, she would be affected as though she were hit by the car directly. In other words...as Supergirl was bashing at her force field..she would feel it as if she was being punched directly...aaaand using her power to hold something that powerful would drain her very quickly...like I said..Sue could not hold Supergirl..NOT AT ALL, and even if she could...Supergirls heat vision could get Sue through her force field..light can pass through an invisible field and that's all her heat vision is...very intense, focused light...Kara wins this..no contest
