Inspired by The film's villain Electro and your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man himself as they will appear in Sony's The Amazing Spider-Man 2, hit the jump and check out two of Funko's upcoming POP! Vinyl Figures!

In The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn't forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy
Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane Watson
Jamie Foxx as Max Dillon/Electro
Sally Fields as Aunt May

Good to finally see some form of marketing exempting Electro form his hoodie! lol Can't wait to check this movie out!!

Really don't like Electro's design. I get that the ultimate look is more practical - and I certainly didn't want that stupid starfish mask - but it would have been nice to have something a little more... Electro, than just a generic bad guy suit.

I can't wait to see the finalized Guardians of the Galaxy ones.
MexicanSexyman - 1/9/2014, 1:38 PM
@LMB10, name me other bad guys with similar suits to Electro?
GinjaNinja - 1/9/2014, 1:43 PM
slow day for news...
FantasticSpidey - 1/9/2014, 1:46 PM
i wish they would have cgi'd Electro's body for the movie. have him not be in a suit, cause he is pure electricity.
KrazyForKomix - 1/9/2014, 1:50 PM
Ultimate universe DIED because no one wanted to by it. Cancellations constantly leading to OUR Galactus killing it off! WHY are we basing so much of the Marvel Cinematic Universe on it?
SoapDogg - 1/9/2014, 2:01 PM
Am I the only person that can't stand the style of these Funko figures? I'm a grown man that still loves to collect toys, but I just don't see what's appealing about these. They seem to be pretty popular lately.
ibravosp5 - 1/9/2014, 2:26 PM
Why is it so difficult for them to make spiderman eyes?
Magus - 1/9/2014, 2:33 PM
It is in line with the rest of the series. All the eyes are dots no matter the character. I never cared for these but clicked in hopes of getting a better look at Green Goblin.
TelaVizion - 1/9/2014, 2:54 PM
Electro looks better there in the suit than he does in the movie.
anthonok - 1/9/2014, 2:59 PM
Electro looks better because he doesn't have ridiculous lips.
staypuffed - 1/9/2014, 7:49 PM
Both look... so much worse than what I thought.
Webhead9707 - 1/9/2014, 9:31 PM
I'm okay with Electro's design, but I would have rather had him just be a normal guy but with electricity flowing through his veins where you could constantly see it crackling. Something like Cole from Infamous.
Tainted87 - 1/10/2014, 11:55 AM

I understand the need to get away from the 616 costume design, but what was so wrong with the Doctor Manhattan look? He has the color scheme of an eel, ok, but it looks like shit.
