What is the upcoming Fantastic Four film rated?

The Fantastic Four from 20th Century Fox has reportedly been rated PG-13 for sequences of intense action and some suggestive content by the Motion Picture Association of America. The Marvel Comics inspired film will hit the silver screen July 8.
