The Dark Knight is the sequel to the 2005 blockbuster, "Batman Begins".

"The Dark Knight" which is the next chapter in the improved franchise, tells the story of how Batman(Christian Bale) and LT.Gordon(Gary Oldman) find alliance with a newly appointed District Attorney, Harvey Dent(Aaron Eckhart) to try and stop the psychotic Joker and go after aspiring criminals like the new crimelord, Gamble during a post "Batman Begins" Gotham City.

The film hits theatres on July 18, 2008!
