In another two clips from Luc Besson's Lucy, we pick up Scarlett Johansson's (Captain America: The Winter Soldier) titular character at an early point in the movie as she finds herself face to face with a criminal overlord played by Oldboy himself, Choi Min-sik! Check it out.

From La Femme Nikita and The Professional to The Fifth Element, writer/director Luc Besson has created some of the toughest, most memorable female action heroes in cinematic history. Now, Besson directs Scarlett Johansson in Lucy, an action-thriller that tracks a woman accidentally caught in a dark deal who turns the tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic.

Starring Scarlett Johannson, Morgan Freeman and Analeigh Tipton, Luc Besson's Lucy is set to be released on July 25th, 2014.

Speaking of Oldboy I just saw the 2003 version for the first time 2 weeks ago and it was a pretty good film. Although I knew about the "twist" before I watched it there were certain things that really caught me off guard. lol I haven't decided to watch Spike Lee's remake but I may check it out one day. It's always fun to see how different directors change things around.

TheBlackNerd-Spike Lee version is reaaaalllllly underwhelming. It ha it's okay moments but he brought nothing new and pretty much copied the original. I was hoping he'd bring something new but he didn't. Brilin carrieste film with a really good performance. He gets into it

Choi Min Sik is a bloody good actor.

Looking forward to this and the possibility of Scarlett getting all kinds of crazy.
