I NOAH Guy With A New Clip Featuring Russell Crowe & Ray Winstone

Paramount has just released a new clip for Darren Aronofsky's Noah that features a confrontation between Tubal-Cain (played by Ray Winstone) and Noah (Russell Crowe). Come check it out.

NOAH is a close adaptation of the Biblical story of Noah’s Ark. In a world ravaged by human sin, Noah is given a divine mission: to build an Ark to save creation from the coming flood. The screenplay was written by Darren Aronofsky and Ari Handel and revised by Academy Award®-nominated screenwriter John Logan (GLADIATOR, HUGO). Scott Franklin and Aronofsky of Protozoa Pictures, along with Mary Parent of Disruption Entertainment, will produce the film. The film will be executive produced by Ari Handel (BLACK SWAN), Arnon Milchan of New Regency and Chris Brigham (INCEPTION, ARGO).

Noah is directed by Darren Aronofsky ("The Wrestler"), and stars Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone, Logan Lerman, Douglas Booth and Anthony Hopkins. It floods theaters March 28th, 2014.

"NOAH is a close adaptation of the Biblical story of Noah’s Ark."

The DIRECTOR disagrees:

Haha don't worry Nail, some of your more loyal readers appreciate your headline!

Not to start anything, but if an extremely conservative Christian pastor was able to give this movie HUGE amounts of praise (granted, his kid has a role in the movie as one of Noah's younger sons, but I've never met a Christian that would overlook something that people think is "blasphemous" just because he's biased that his kid had a part in it), then I'm not sure we should be so quick to think this is going to fail.

pretty weak plot, they should've stuck with that other story ark.

they're gonna get flooded with complaints on this one, i'm tellin ya.

i actually got a crazy idea for some Bible movies, i'm gonna put a couple in fan fic soon. but Noah would end up being the second one of the series. it would kick this movie's ass. there'd be dinosaurs and magic and executions, lemurians, duels, angels, cavemen, 4th dimensions, nephilim, enormous bears, and yahweh acting all creepy most of the time.

I gave a thumbs up strictly for the title. Good job. lol
