I just want to share some thoughts with the CBM Community :)

Okay guys/girls, I'm going to start this article by saying that I'm glad we're all getting these CBMs. It doesn't really matter if they suck or not, or if we think they will suck or not. The point is that we are lucky to be able to get these movies. I'm pretty sure there are some other Editorials like this one, but the truth is, some of us are really excited by the fact that these movies are being made. I'm old enough to say that this superhero invasion is something good for the audiences in general, and I'm young enough to say that we get these movies every year and I just can't get enough of them. I really don't care whether the suits aren't accurate, or the casting isn't what I would have expected it to be. I am the first guy to acknowledge that a movie was poorly written(even if I'm a fan of the character or not), or that the acting was bad. I'm neither an actor nor a critic to make my message relevant in any of the mentioned cases.
This year we were given some great CBMs, Avengers was everything a comicbook fan would have wanted for a movie. The Amazing Spider-Man wasn't a let-down like many thought it was going to be, including the suit(which at first I didn't like but then it grew on me) that is barely an issue for anyone who's familiar with the character itself or its origins(okay,I know the origins were changed kind of drastically but the essence is there). Now we're about to watch the conclusion to the Batman trilogy. So far we've been reading some amazingly good reviews, probably the movie isn't as good as The Dark Knight but it's still a good comicbook movie all in all(haven't seen it yet but I'm looking forward to it).
All of this alone is awesome by itself, but this comic-con delivered, and let me tell you why.
-We got a first glimpse at the Man Of Steel.
-Marvel showed us what the Iron Man 3 armour looks like.
-Guardians of the Galaxy(Do I need to say any more?)
-We got the subtitles for the Captain America and Thor sequels. (Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Thor: The Dark World)
-We got confirmation on an Ant-Man movie.
And an awful lot of things yet to come.
What I'm saying is that we have to enjoy what we're getting. 30 years ago we only had Superman and Superman 2,both amazing movies by Richard Donner. Now we get to watch a growing variety of movies, whether we like them or not, at least we get the chance to watch them.
Marvelites,Whedonites,Nolanites, etc. Most people tag themselves in one of these categories or are tagged in one of them by others. I see fans, and you should see fans as well. Sure I myself have got my preferences, but why should I let you guys know, or refer to other users in a derogatory way? And besides, preferences or not, I'm always as hyped for these movies as the next guy.
Oh and by the way.For all of the people complaining about the Edit Button that is now long gone...I have a clever solution.
TIP:
When you want to edit your comment follow these steps.
1. Copy what you just wrote.
2. Paste your comment on the comment box.
3. Post your comment again with whatever it is that you wanted to edit.
4. Delete your unedited comment.
As simple as that, and you don't have to let everyone know how you still miss the Edit Button.
This Editorial is just what it is. I enjoy movies just like you do, and I'm glad that we are getting these movies. No one should take sides because it's just not the right way. And if you take sides, don't let everyone know, we get it, we all think differently, but let's have some respect for the rest, because their opinion is just as valuable as yours.
