2 TV Spots & "Caesar's Story" Featurette - DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES

20th Century Fox have released two more television spots and "Caesar's Story" featurette for Matt Reeves' Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Hit the jump to check it out. Also, an Entertainment Tonight minute and a half preview.

A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is being directed by Matt Reeves (Cloverfield, Let Me In), from a screenplay written by Mark Bomback, Scott Z. Burns, Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver. The cast includes: Andy Serkis (The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey), Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty, Public Enemies, The Great Gatsby), Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight Rises, The Harry Potter film series), Keri Russell (The Americans, Mission Impossible III), Toby Kebbell (The Prince of Persia, Wrath of the Titans, Rock N Rolla), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Let Me In, ParaNorman), Enrique Murciano (Traffic, Black Hawk Down), Kirk Acevedo (The Thin Red Line) and Judy Greer (The Descendants, Three Kings, 13 Going on 30). The film climbs into theaters July 11, 2014

I can't watch ignorant sci-fi regarding a near extinction of a primate species, be injected with super intelligence, suddenly spreads its seed globally and takes over humanity.

Sheer stupidity.

I can't wait for this but I know how it will play out, when there is peace Kobe will sneak off and kill those humans and he probably gets killed in the process, the humans wage war on the apes because of Koba killing those two duded and the apes wage war because the humans kill Koba...I'm guessing

Didn't like the spots. So far it hasn't felt as good as the first movie did to me at this point. I'll still watch it eventually. Hopefully the apes of this series will evolve to closer resemble the more civilized apes of the original films.

What makes me wonder what is happening with the world is the almost real fact that this Movie will have an amazing story, acting, music, plot, characters development and be the best picture overall and then it wont make a third part of that piece of crap Bayformers.

Bayformers will have again shots of beautifull women, racial jokes somewhere, explosions, noise, bad plot, bad acting, amazing FX CGI and be overall the worse of the two and make a gazillion dollars.

[frick] bay!!!
