PaulRom - 12/8/2012, 5:32 AM
Whoa, that look really good. Should be a blast.
toco89 - 12/8/2012, 6:19 AM
This could be Cruise's next big hit.
DCjohnny - 12/8/2012, 6:59 AM
i have just one word.... awesome
Jolt17 - 12/8/2012, 7:01 AM
Pretty interesting concept, very nice visuals - which should be expected, anyway, coming from the director of Tron: Legacy - and simply looking good, overall. This could be something similar to Source Code...well, unless the story falls short much like what happened with Tron: Legacy. But nonetheless, I believe I'll still enjoy the hell out of this, again.
superotherside - 12/8/2012, 7:19 AM
Woah, looking good actually.

Jolt17 I agree, if it doesn't fall apart story wise like Tron: Legacy it will be fantastic.
INSTANTJUSTICE - 12/8/2012, 7:23 AM

Looks like Church of Scientology, Episode 15.

Maximus101 - 12/8/2012, 7:24 AM
Torn legacy was amazing in my opinion. This movie looks good so far.
Niem8211 - 12/8/2012, 7:28 AM
It’s like Star Trek,,,, But not Star Trek????????

ahhmynuts - 12/8/2012, 7:36 AM
that was pretty freakin sweet
Tainted87 - 12/8/2012, 7:57 AM
Haha.... Jack Harper is the non-canonical name for "the Illusive Man" in Mass Effect... who gets lost trying to "save" humanity.

Looks interesting.
GetsugaTensho22 - 12/8/2012, 7:58 AM
I don't know. The concept and story sound great, like something you'd see in a dark novel or video game, even. But i don't like where they're going. it seems like it has that Total Recall type "it's false memories" twist to it. Also, the CGI in the flight sequences looks off. I'll wait for another trailer.

Please, please, please, Hollywood: all I want for Christmas is fifty more Tom Cruise "I'm a tough guy hero" movies. Oh, you've already made them? Cheers, thanks.

@INSTANTJUSTICE: you said, it dude. Exactly.
TheRock234 - 12/8/2012, 8:15 AM
special effects don't look all that well done yet maybe still in post-production. Kinda disappointed with this trailer I hope they can take the more quiet atmospheric look of a 2001 or Moon. Seems more action oriented in my mind.
shamo - 12/8/2012, 8:16 AM
wasn't expecting much but this shit looks cold as hell. it's based on a comic right? might have to check it out.
rocky - 12/8/2012, 8:34 AM
This seems more Matrix than anything to me. Humans were defeated but somehow they, the aliens, have managed to fool most into believing they won and are in charge.

Looks great either way, I'm there
ahhmynuts - 12/8/2012, 8:35 AM
"special affects dont look good" youre watching it on a little video player are you kidding me?
pointman - 12/8/2012, 8:37 AM
This actually looks interesting.
whoelsebutkevin - 12/8/2012, 8:48 AM
If the new Star Wars look something like this, I would be ok. Its the new age, lets make a real space war movie.
csdot - 12/8/2012, 8:48 AM
gotta love sitting through a shitty ad to find out the trailer is removed
CharacterAssassin - 12/8/2012, 8:52 AM
^was getting ready to type that in but looks like they found another video.
2010warmachine - 12/8/2012, 9:08 AM

Mysterion - 12/8/2012, 9:08 AM
WOW ok color me interested.
TimJude72 - 12/8/2012, 9:12 AM
Why did this site change its player so you can't view any videos on apple products. I live and die for but I'm going to be forced to other sites because of this!
jimpinto24 - 12/8/2012, 9:13 AM
Looks really good! :)
Tony93 - 12/8/2012, 9:17 AM
Looks sweet, I'll forsure be watching this in theaters
TheGambitFreak - 12/8/2012, 9:18 AM
Beautiful, indeed. Great actors and I'm a fan of the post-apocalyptic type of books and movies so this is right up my alley. I am one of the few that actually liked I Am Legend.
TheGambitFreak - 12/8/2012, 9:26 AM
@TimJude This is not CBM's player, this is TinyPic. CBM is a news site, they report the news, not make it. They found the video on another site and posted it. If you would like to view the youtube version, check below...

MrYurMomm - 12/8/2012, 9:40 AM

Its not even remotely CBM's fault, its actually yours for purchasing an Apple product,(Im guessing you have an iPad?), seeing as how they do not support Flash AT ALL.

Android Tablets on the other hand do support Flash, that is if your using a previous version of Android before Android 4.1. Although I am able to use Flash on my Nexus 7 tablet, its not flawless like the desktop counterpart, which is also why Adobe decided it wouldn't support mobile Flash (as of March 2012? If I remember correctly). Apple just decided from the beginning (of iOS products) that there would be no Flash support.

Honestly I'm surprised you didn't know that. I would've figured if you spend time reading up on movie news, you would do the same with tech purchases.

If you consider moving to Android only stick with Nexus branded devices as those are the purest form of Android and you get updates from Google as soon as they happen instead of waiting for your update thru carrier.

IIIAdamantiumIII - 12/8/2012, 9:47 AM
based on true events
grabass - 12/8/2012, 9:49 AM
Why isn't Morgan Freeman's name included in the "starring Tom Cruise..." section?
TimJude72 - 12/8/2012, 10:08 AM
@TheGambitFreak I understand that and in the past they've always posted the YouTube version of videos so everyone could enjoy. Thanks for posted the YouTube version for me though!

And as for @MrYurMomm I have had an iPhone from the 1st gen and fully understand the fact that Flash is not and will not be supported. I'm not sure if you've noticed Internet trends in the last 4 years but sites have been reducing flash and supporting IOS. So I will continue to research tech purchases and purchase the superior Apple products.
Facade - 12/8/2012, 10:10 AM
Oh [frick]ing hell YEAH!!!
DukeAcureds - 12/8/2012, 10:13 AM
This guy's a real artist. Love Tron Legacy, really don't mind at all that it doesn't have an easy to swallow story package with it.Fvck the Tron Legacy sequel, this is the follow up, as far as I'm concerned. Wonder if he'll hae an awesome electronic score, along the lines of Daft Punk's '80s-inspired Tron score.
ArtisticErotic - 12/8/2012, 10:14 AM
Morgan Freeman always gets my ticket. Nuff said even if the movie sucks.
