Entertainment Weekly have revealed the image they'll be using for this week's cover via their Facebook page. Check out the first official pic of Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen and Sam Clafin as Finnick Odair from the upcoming Hunger Games sequel..

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire opens November 22, 2013.

In all seriousness, this image is literally the exact same image from The Hunger Games, but just retooled. That's pretty damn lazy.

SpoonWielder - 1/9/2013, 5:59 AM
This picture is just like the plot of the second movie, just reused and trying to make us think its different from the first's.
DrHorrible - 1/9/2013, 6:00 AM
@Ror Not really. Just joking around for the most part. ;)
RorMachine - 1/9/2013, 6:16 AM
But yeah it is a generic pic no doubt.
Wingding - 1/9/2013, 6:36 AM

gambgel - 1/9/2013, 8:02 AM

this looks too much like a teenagers movie. but I loved the first book and liked the movie, so will probably see this on the theatre too
datNAMEtho - 1/9/2013, 8:03 AM
It's AQUAMAN!!!!!!!!!! But Charlie Hunnam would be a better fit. More manly.
Feedthemachine - 1/9/2013, 8:13 AM
Sam Claiflin looks a lot better as Finnick than I thought he'd be.
AztecRainGod - 1/9/2013, 8:17 AM
The first film was pretty overrated.
elessarundomiel2382 - 1/9/2013, 8:22 AM

pepe - 1/9/2013, 9:02 AM
This is a sh*t movie with glowing vampires and stuff...
Wingding - 1/9/2013, 9:02 AM
Wait why was there a different picture before . . . ?
Hellsing - 1/9/2013, 10:01 AM
These two have more chemistry in that picture than what Hutcher"woodfaced"son and Lawrence had in the first movie.
Hellsing - 1/9/2013, 10:02 AM
the lack of any sort of chemistry between the lead pair and the shaky cam extravaganza in the first movie were two of my biggest problems with the movie. But rest of the movie was solid, unfortunately only one of the problems can be solved the other one not so much.
DrDoom - 1/9/2013, 10:08 AM
LOL. What an overrated book series.
RorMachine - 1/9/2013, 10:47 AM
Sorry guys, had the wrong pic all along! Thanks to Mr Lester for sorting it out.
Empowerman - 1/9/2013, 2:44 PM
Does anyone ever post anything interesting in the comments or just bitch. Books were good. The last movie was pretty good. Hopefully this is good. Jennifer Lawrence is a good actress. Seriously I've been reading this site for years but everyone here now just acts like Grif.
maxxgone - 1/9/2013, 5:37 PM
armie hammer was my pick for finnick, from the way he's described in the books he is a booming powerful f-ing dude. hammer has that, clafin doesn't - but i'll check it out.
themcdougalbugle - 1/9/2013, 8:59 PM
This is written by the writer of Little Miss Sunshine, Toy Story 3, and Star Wars Episode VII. There should be no fear.
