Oh geez... These even make (Female)Godzilla 2000 look exceptional.

Ok maybe not THAT good.
OpticBlastWins - 6/5/2014, 11:18 AM
good lord...
DrunkenNukem - 6/5/2014, 11:18 AM
Godzilla 2000....

Gamera623 - 6/5/2014, 11:19 AM
The movie may have had a lot of flaws and was dissapointing...but the way Big G looked was not one of the dissapointments.

I think he turned out fantastic. Glad they didnt use some of these designs.
vtopa - 6/5/2014, 11:20 AM
IN the end they went with something that was VERY respectful of the original Godzilla. I liked it.
MrChuff - 6/5/2014, 11:28 AM
They...look awful.
GodzillaKart - 6/5/2014, 11:29 AM
I did get a chuckle out of the fact that the one criticism the final design got was that it was a bit too fat...and that it was designed by a guy named "Fatman".

Loved the final design, though!
GenerationX - 6/5/2014, 11:31 AM
I'm glad we got what we got
SeekTruth - 6/5/2014, 11:32 AM
The finished result was the best... these suck...........
MercwithMouth - 6/5/2014, 11:32 AM
That last one... Haha. Awful Iguana.
sKeemAn - 6/5/2014, 11:32 AM
I'm so glad the final design is what they kept. That last one is something awful.
sKeemAn - 6/5/2014, 11:33 AM
It almost looks like the one from '98 with Broderick.

CaptAmericaSux - 6/5/2014, 11:35 AM
They were considering the '98 reptilian route in the last pic. Glad they went back to the "rubber suit" look and just updated it to today's standards.
TheBrotherhood - 6/5/2014, 11:39 AM
It's like they photoshopped the last pic with an image of an iguana.
Pinocchio - 6/5/2014, 11:42 AM
where is the porcupine?
njpantherfan - 6/5/2014, 11:44 AM
I never understood all the hate on Godzilla 2000. That's one of my favorite films of the series, and I personally think the suit is fantastic. When the car comes through the tunnel and shines the headlights on him, and there's that close-up on his face, it's legit scary as hell.
Gusto - 6/5/2014, 11:59 AM
They should have made him look more like Bruce Vilanch.

They have toys to sell Gus. You make Zilla look like him and it's automatically rated R.

Gusto - 6/5/2014, 12:27 PM

LOL...good point.
actionmoviefanatix - 6/5/2014, 12:35 PM
“The problem is it just isn’t Godzilla. We had to be really hard on ourselves to avoid creating something cool that wasn’t Godzilla.”

Singer... Fox... are you listening?
NOLANITE - 6/5/2014, 12:35 PM
Well we didn't see much of him so it doesn't matter anyways
ckal - 6/5/2014, 12:41 PM

SoundWave - 6/5/2014, 1:22 PM
The last one is even shitty than Emerich crap-zilla. Terrible concepts...
Koala - 6/5/2014, 1:28 PM
I can't help but look at the last one and think of the "French Polynesian water iguana" line from the Honest Trailer for the '98 movie.
Gamera623 - 6/5/2014, 1:34 PM
Godzilla 2000 > The 2 American attempts
Gusto - 6/5/2014, 1:39 PM
I like big butts and I can't deny...
CinemaHero - 6/5/2014, 1:47 PM
Godzilla 2000??

Don't you guys mean Godzilla 1998??

CinemaHero - 6/5/2014, 1:52 PM
Oh, and this. :P

MisterBabadook - 6/5/2014, 2:17 PM
Oh thank god. I would've liked a different face, a lot more demonic looking, maybe a little thinner but it wasn't bad. Hopefully in the next one he'll be a but thinner. By that time, the technology will advance even further.
