Aaron Williamson Will Play Another T-800 In TERMINATOR: GENESIS

Aaron Williamson Will Play Another T-800 In TERMINATOR: GENESIS

We know Arnold Schwarzenegger will reprise the role of THE T-800 (albeit an aging one) from the original movie, but it seems there will be a younger model in the mix too. Click on to see what bodybuilder Williamson has to say about landing the part of the cyborg.

The post has since been deleted, but  body-builder Aaron Williamson has revealed that he'll be playing a T-800 in the next Terminator flick: “Thanks to an amazing team of people who help me get better each week, both physically & creatively, I’ll be playing a T-800 (Terminator) in the upcoming production ‘Terminator: Genesis’. I’m extremely grateful & motivated as this new chapter begins to take shape.” But the question is, will he be playing a new character, or simply a younger version of the original Arnie model? A recent post by Hitfix describes how this movie will overlap with the first Terminator, and details a scene in which the older, bearded Arnie T-800 shows up after his younger counterpart has dispatched the Bill Paxton-led punks from the first movie.

"Kind of like Back to The Future, the Terminator: Genesis script folds into the first film in the series.... There's a scene in the script where literally, we see the scene in the first Terminator where Arnold steps out, the punks threaten him, he rips Bill Paxton's heart out and takes his clothes and wanders off. And as soon as that scene ends, another Arnold Schwarzenegger who's older, and bearded and a very different version of the Terminator, comes walking in from the other side and plays another scene, right at the scene of that first incident."

Interesting stuff I'm sure you'll agree. We'll update if any info on Williamson's exact role comes to light.

Sounds pretty cool

This movie might not be half bad
Abary - 4/30/2014, 4:49 AM
I like that they're getting a good cast, so they better prove to us that this movie is necessary.
SpiderFraud - 4/30/2014, 4:49 AM
I always thought all T-800 models was just Arnold models. Why can't this guy just be a different type?
Luminus - 4/30/2014, 4:52 AM
T-800 can use whatever skins they like. But since their chassis is so big, they need to use the Arnold skin to look authentic.
Nubase - 4/30/2014, 5:00 AM
they need to get the story right, this will be a story driven movie, the effects etc we all know it will deliver but this movie has to ask the question do we need another terminator movie and why

l doubt this will make a killing at the box office like judgement day and the classic first movie did but will wait till a trailer comes out
sameoldthing - 4/30/2014, 5:11 AM
Uhh,not to be gay but I want to see his body...what's he built like?
SimyJo - 4/30/2014, 5:11 AM
They'll probably CGI a younger Arnold-face onto Aaron's own.

Alfredo27 - 4/30/2014, 5:17 AM
Are they going to get Bill Paxton to reprise his role because that would be too funny
moeman - 4/30/2014, 5:20 AM
Arnie is a T-800 model 101 !
There must be other models...
Jwe75 - 4/30/2014, 5:25 AM

grif - 4/30/2014, 5:30 AM
so it is a sequel then. good. it has my interest now. but it better be awesome.
OdinsMissingEye - 4/30/2014, 5:41 AM
Terminator movies are much more enjoyable to watch if you think of them as prequels to the Matrix movies and vice versa.
SaxoWolf - 4/30/2014, 5:42 AM
I really hope Fiedel comes back to score this.

ralfinader - 4/30/2014, 5:50 AM
That would be a cool way to make this movie work, with the BttF vibe. Still not frothing at the bit for more Terminator, but it already sounds better than that last one.
MrSotoMan - 4/30/2014, 5:56 AM
@SaxoWolf- He's dead.
MexicanSexyman - 4/30/2014, 5:58 AM
@Nubase, you don't need any movie. You either want a movie or you don't want it.
SaxoWolf - 4/30/2014, 6:02 AM
@MrSotoMan My bad, i really didn't knew that. rip
Niklander - 4/30/2014, 6:07 AM
@SaxoWolf Fiedel retired man so not gonna happen. I liked Beltrami and Elfman's version from the last two films of Terminator 3 and Salvation respectively

One of those guys needs to come back to Terminator
Niklander - 4/30/2014, 6:09 AM
@MrSotoMan dude Brad Fiedel aint dead he just retired
MrSotoMan - 4/30/2014, 6:10 AM
@MrNiklander- You think that. =]
DrRockso - 4/30/2014, 6:10 AM

MrSotoMan - 4/30/2014, 6:12 AM
Even if he scores this bullshit, what would be the point? It is not going to fix how bad this movie is going to be.

Another Terminator movie sending the franchise down the rabbit hole.
Mysterion - 4/30/2014, 6:12 AM
dude looks the part
grif - 4/30/2014, 6:13 AM
danny elfman should really come back.
Mysterion - 4/30/2014, 6:16 AM
@DrRockso, the dude aint tiny at all....he is just about the same height and built as the Rock

DrunkenNukem - 4/30/2014, 6:25 AM

yeah i bet that´s what J. Mostow said when he was filming T3: Rise of the machines
Pheezmatic - 4/30/2014, 6:30 AM
this guy looks annoying...imagine him as your alarm clock in the morning..
fettastic - 4/30/2014, 7:13 AM
That is one roided up mother [frick]er!

I'm assuming he will play the original T-800 with prosthetic appliances mixed with CGI to make him look like Arnold in the original film.

Although I really wish they were doing a future war film, I guess doing Prisoner of Azkaban could be kinda fun.
chris043 - 4/30/2014, 7:36 AM
I don't care who's in it, it has Arnold as a Terminator, Ill be there.
Swiftsword777 - 4/30/2014, 7:42 AM
Cool but i dont like his face
fettastic - 4/30/2014, 7:49 AM
Dandy - 4/30/2014, 7:53 AM

This role was made for the Rock to take over. Dwayne Johnson is pretty much this generations equivalent of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
gaikinger - 4/30/2014, 8:09 AM
lets wait and see.....
RetroFit - 4/30/2014, 8:36 AM
Terminator is about the deadest franchise out there. I wish they'd either do a FULL AND COMPLETE reboot or just leave it alone. A 70 year old Arnold with a rotating cast just makes this feel like a cheap cash grab. Which I'm sure it probably is. I still don't understand why Alan Taylor signed onto this when I'm sure he expected Thor to do well, which would have given him a lot of options. Why this of all things? Why?
