MrBatmor - 4/21/2014, 4:06 PM
They should rent the winter soldier and use him as the new T-1000...:P
grif - 4/21/2014, 4:11 PM
so it is a reboot?
G - 4/21/2014, 4:14 PM
@ grif

so it is a reboot?

It's a Pre-boot Re-sequel
Abary - 4/21/2014, 4:16 PM
The original trilogy is just so iconic... this is an awful idea.
TheMadman - 4/21/2014, 4:19 PM
@TheAbaryMan369: The original and the sequel are iconic. The third one was a wreck.

Gibman - 4/21/2014, 4:23 PM
Hoping that they look to Terminator 2 to set the tone and vibe for this movie I think we can forget anything else that's been added to the franchise
McGee - 4/21/2014, 4:23 PM
I think Doctor Who gets it more right than Terminator.

It's the statues we need to keep an eye on. Not machines.

ManofSteel23 - 4/21/2014, 4:24 PM
rip sarah?? hmm
NoPhucksGiven - 4/21/2014, 4:26 PM
why are they going back to the beginning WTF.
sKeemAn - 4/21/2014, 4:26 PM
I'm up in the air on this one. I like the franchise I even like Alan Taylor. I do not like the direction they are going.
Comicbookguy543 - 4/21/2014, 4:26 PM
After the 3rd film I gave up...same with the Alien franchise...
MrBatmor - 4/21/2014, 4:26 PM
Rip sarah is the code name of the movie...
sKeemAn - 4/21/2014, 4:28 PM
Its a hard reboot.
sKeemAn - 4/21/2014, 4:30 PM
Why go back to the beginning? Unless these are just flashbacks or some time travel the story should be moving forward. We still haven't gotten a proper war Humans vs Machines.
MrCBM56 - 4/21/2014, 4:30 PM
@Yoss yeah I don't know man. It's said to involve time travel and it's suppose to change the history of the Terminator series. Sorta like the DOFP for Terminator.
DrDoom - 4/21/2014, 4:36 PM
Why can't it just be called Terminator 5?
ATrueHero1987 - 4/21/2014, 4:36 PM
What @Omega said!! Enchantress & The Executioner please!!! :)
whoa123 - 4/21/2014, 4:47 PM
RIP Sarah is for a little project called Slates for Sarah.
HelaGood - 4/21/2014, 4:57 PM
Slates for Sarah: Sarah Elizabeth Jones died doing the job she loved. The South Carolina native a 27-year-old camera assistant, was on the set of musician Gregg Allman's biopic "Midnight Rider" when she was struck and killed by a freight train near Savannah, Georgia. Her friends and the film community are rallying to remember Jones in a movement called Slates for Sarah.
MrCBM56 - 4/21/2014, 5:05 PM
@Hela Woah. That's super coincidental.

^^^^my raction^^^^^^

Tdi7457 - 4/21/2014, 5:41 PM
What's the point in giving a film a working title if you're just going to post a picture saying "TEMRINATOR 5 IS FILMING NOW, CODENAME VISTA"
maninfinesuit - 4/21/2014, 5:49 PM
Jai Courtney is going to [frick] this movie up. Dude's the worst.

Scorpion8125 - 4/21/2014, 5:57 PM
So, they wanna make a trilogy????

With Schwarzzenhonker????????????????

He will be, like 74, when the 3rd one comes out.

Terminator 7, The Colostomy Wars.....

LuBeTHiGhWalK3R - 4/21/2014, 6:00 PM
I've never thought T3 was that bad

I mean sure it wasn't up to par with the first 2 but all in all I thought it was entertaining
AMPworx - 4/21/2014, 6:20 PM
Am I the only person that enjoyed Terminator Salvation?
Scorpion8125 - 4/21/2014, 6:29 PM
I thought Salvation was okay. I gave it 3/5 stars.

PPL couldn't handle a mostly non-Arnie Terminator movie.

HanBurgundy - 4/21/2014, 6:51 PM
The RIP Sarah is for Sarah Jones, who was killed by a train while filming a movie near Savannah, Georgia. It initiated a lot of backlash on the safety of crew members and has started what is called "slates for sarah" where all the camera crews (because she was an AC) have put Sarah's name on their slates to express their support.

It has nothing to do with Terminator.
Demongod20 - 4/21/2014, 7:01 PM
@ 0megaDaGod

Even with all the deleted scenes left in the movie, Thor 2 would still be a mediocre movie. It has more to do with the script than Taylor though. Taylor was Marvels third choice for the movie. The other 2 game of Thrones directors bailed out on Marvel because they didn't like the material.
case - 4/21/2014, 7:36 PM
I'm bit gonna write this off just yet - with the OG terminator and Alan Taylor involved. I'm pretty much guaranteed to watch it.
SimonM7 - 4/21/2014, 7:38 PM

I dunno, man. The TV-esque framing of shots didn't really help, either. If it wasn't for the striking art direction, that movie's visuals would be supremely forgettable.
maninfinesuit - 4/21/2014, 7:51 PM
I would've been just fine with the Arnie-lite Terminator Salvation if the two leading men who replaced him hadn't been so damn weak.
NeoBaggins - 4/21/2014, 7:57 PM
Even with liking T3 (The ending did it for me) which lacked some (ok, most) of the atmosphere of the previous films and thought Salvation should have been expanded on, despite all its missed opportunities to display the War in the context the first movie presented, I think at this point, I feel like... this point. I'll ignore it until its right up on me. No desire to follow this.
