SIN CITY 2 Shoot Date Announced

SIN CITY 2 Shoot Date Announced

A long time in the making, cameras will finally roll on the highly anticipated sequel to Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller's followup this year. Per the lovely Rosario Dawson, SIN CITY 2 begins shooting this...

Was it the story? Was it the girls? Or was it the stylish visuals which captivated audiences and critics alike back in 2005? Seven years later, after numerous rumors and false starts, whispers picked up steam earlier this year and we received official confirmation from Robert Rodriguez back in March. Now find out when cameras finally roll. If production is reminiscent of the previous film, don't expect any set photos for this one.

"I'm not sure if I'm supposed to say that, but I'm going to say November, I'm going to be honest and put it out there, said Dawson.

"It's sort of a prequel to the 'Sin City' we've already watched, so you'll understand the references we were making in that one. The new face thing [for Clive Owen's character], all of that interesting stuff. You might have to figure out which one's me at some point. We're going to play with that."

A Dame to Kill Foris sceduled to be released on Oct. 4, 2013.

It's one of those hot nights, dry and windless. The kind that makes people do sweaty, secret things. Dwight's thinking of all the ways he's screwed up and what he'd give for one clear chance to wipe the slate clean, to dig his way out of the numb gray hell that is his life. And he'd give anything. Just to cut loose. Just to feel the fire. One more time.

In the dark bowels of Sin City, Dwight plans to have his vengeance against the woman who betrayed him, Ava Lord, while Nancy is trying to cope with Hartigan's death.

I really wish they could leave this alone. The first movie was AMAZING and really helped the genre. I have a feeling the next one will be crap.

And this is the story where Marv and Manute would have faced each other in a fight.

Damn life can be real asshole sometimes!

Everyone at the midnight show was cheering and having the best time at the original. Most audience elation I can remember since the original Star Wars trilogy. The only movie I saw that rivaled these since was Avengers. Grindhouse came close, but there was hardly anyone there. Can't wait for this!
