Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. CorronZenith30 - 4/4/2013, 4:16 PM
Sounds ok.. Keen to see the movie. Btw how many bad guys are heading up the sequel now?
TheRedSkull - 4/4/2013, 4:28 PM
Green and Yellow costume...Yet? I know it's silly, but I'd love to see that old outfit somehow interpreted

Other words it's realistic and grounded crap once again. Trying to make CBM feel closer to reality so people can actually relate to them, yeah yeah go on.

CaptainObvious - 4/4/2013, 4:33 PM
@JackyLegacy- Even by comic book standards Electro's costume is goofy. He looks like a basketball mascot.
Bandrews1 - 4/4/2013, 4:33 PM
Hmmmm this has my interest.
JerBear - 4/4/2013, 4:36 PM
Exactly. Electro has always looked utterly ridiculous.
MegaPrime1107 - 4/4/2013, 4:42 PM
This is awesome! She also seems like a cool girl!
marcvader1 - 4/4/2013, 4:45 PM
Keen, man. Keen.
marvel72 - 4/4/2013, 4:48 PM
they may go for this look.....

MegaPrime1107 - 4/4/2013, 4:50 PM
@JackyLegacy And there will always be the ones like you who will want to criticize the film's realistic tone, just to put the film down. That just shows how much time you have on your hands.
AmazingFantasy - 4/4/2013, 4:50 PM
@SpidaTrav- So what? I'm keen.
Can you mind shit to youself.
TayDee - 4/4/2013, 4:56 PM
I doubt he'll be in a green / yellow costume
CorronZenith30 - 4/4/2013, 5:01 PM

Electro's costume goofy, oh really? So your telling me there should be only one goofy character in the film wearing a goofy skin tight outfit that looks straight from the comics LOL. I don't see whats the problem with Electro's costume if they already got Spider-Man's own costume down already. I am come on seriously even Captain America's costume and they got it down too in two films. Why the hell you need a grounded universe when the origins of the character is no where close to reality. Keep reality out of comic book films, I like reality right here where it should be.
CoolantTech - 4/4/2013, 5:21 PM
Nice! now I wanna see some Rhino/Electro/Spidey/Times Square Action!
Jer3miah - 4/4/2013, 5:34 PM
Somebody's going to get fired, lol. The dangers of emotion.
DioFoRio - 4/4/2013, 5:39 PM
I have high hopes that they make this movie better than the first. I know a lot of people liked it but this...this has me excited in my big boy britches.
OrgasmicPotatoe - 4/4/2013, 5:44 PM
Who said this new take on the Spider-Man movies were realistic and grounded ? I never thought one second it looked realistic or grounded everytime I watched it.

It seems to me it's only the haters who like to say "they went for a realistic take on it and it failed miserably ! HAHA !" No. Because the Batman before it was realistic and grounded does not mean every superhero movie after it will be the same.

Some of you are nucking futs.
thorhulk77 - 4/4/2013, 6:17 PM
This is going to be good.
Jollem - 4/4/2013, 10:53 PM
foxx gonna kill it
GoddamnBatman - 4/4/2013, 11:13 PM
Sounds like the look from Mtv's series. I do not know what Ultimate Electro looks like
Platinum - 4/4/2013, 11:21 PM
In between takes? They should actually have him dance in the movie, call it The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Electric Boogaloo.
Tymminator - 4/4/2013, 11:22 PM
In John Byrne's Spider-man Chapter One, electro has a blue and white(guess it could have been silver) costume.
Equivocal - 4/4/2013, 11:41 PM
I reserve judgement BUT I'm still not like him in the part, why changing the race character just for the sake of it ???

hopefully the movie will be good ( I think it will) but I just don't like him at all....
AlexDeLarge87 - 4/5/2013, 12:45 AM
I want him to be full of scars.

And if they give him suit which i doubt thou. Something like this could be cool.
thetrojan - 4/5/2013, 1:09 AM
giamatti will rule this movie as the rhino!
Foxpaw - 4/5/2013, 1:12 AM
This is your comic book page where colour is important. If green and yellow is used, who is to say it's the brighter versions used in the comic, and upon the same suit. It's called adaptation, and the fact that there is some similarity is great. Look at Spider-Man 2, Doc Oc wore a green jacket, and that was perfect. Green and yellow clothing in any department isn't alien, anyway. people wear green and yellow, people, SHOCKER! Imagine Superman was bright blue and red like Christopher Reeves, and not the darkened versions we'll see in Man of Steel. Who knows who has manufactured the material Electro uses. Laboratory equipment and suiting isn't designed to blend into the public. So of course it will look odd. In Electro's case, the suit may very well be part of what he's doing, one way or another. If an astronaut walked down the street, you'd think him odd dressed in a space suit, but when he's walking on the moon he looks totally normal. It's not fashion, it's science!
Foxpaw - 4/5/2013, 1:13 AM
*this is NOT... My bad.
theowl - 4/5/2013, 2:09 AM
@TheMysteriousStranger - yea, because I wanna see a man in a green and yellow suit with a star on hes head... -.-
jerryblake - 4/5/2013, 4:39 AM
"And he likes to do Michael Jackson dance moves in between takes"

Shit. Not again.

parkerray - 4/5/2013, 5:05 AM
what foxpaw said. and what alexde posted, esp that first pic. light garfield up.

that's the first image that made me want to buy foxx as electro. have to burn that image into my mind to get rid of the decades of electro being a twerpy white dude.
knocturnalzen10 - 4/5/2013, 5:14 AM
so this is about her twatting over jamie's outfit an dance moves ?..................................
Dev - 4/5/2013, 6:17 AM
People who has set visits or works on the set or has early screenings of movies NEVER report anything bad about it. That is becoming more and more obvious now.
ComicBookGoth - 4/5/2013, 6:23 AM
"He's not in the green & yellow suit yet, but"

TyrantBossMedia - 4/5/2013, 6:40 AM
Sorry, but I just can't see Jamie Foxx as Electro. I don't even know if I will be able to get past those gap teeth. And he is not dignified and menacing enough.

However, Blair Underwood would make and awesome electro, not as well known as Foxx and we won't have to see fan art "Electro Unchained"
Rae - 4/5/2013, 7:58 AM
Wonder if she was supposed to say all that X:
I like Jamie Foxx, but as Electro is seems strange to me.

But I wonder if he'll actually have the suit
