Definitely not going to watch a 47-minute panel... But this show was probably the greatest animated show ever. Only one that came close was the XMen Animated Series.

@MercwithMouth

I'm a huge X-Men fan and I have to agree that Spider-Man was better, but it's not better than Batman: The Animated Series. That holds the title for best animated series ever.

The series finale really sucked, wish they would've had time to end it with more closure.

I never watched Batman: TAS. So it's an easy decision for me.

I say Spectacular actually trumps this.
Have you tried watching Spider-Man: TAS since the 90s?

Holy monologue, Parker. They get a lot of the major plotlines right, but the animation is cheap, the action slow and dated and much of the voice work is soap opera quality at best.
I appreciate it for its place in animation history, but not something I'm dying to watch over and over again.

Looking back all I can say is wow the voice acting was stale.Though ironically enough both X-Men and Spider-man voice acting were operatic at best the shows that didn't last long Iron-man,Fantastic Four,and Hulk had slightly better voice acting.

Before I clicked play, I screamed "MARY JANE! MAAAAARRRRRYYY JAAAAAAANNNEEE!!!" And I just knew that they'd show that scene somehow. And they did. Most insane, depressing, and best acted scene from an American television cartoon.

Once I saw Morbius, I instantly hated this show. It was...........okay, in my opinion but, as a Spidey fan, I understand the love it gets.
