A scooper over at superherohype had a little chat with the actor over the weekend...

Here's what was sent to superherohype by "Wolf"...

"was over at the weekly comic book show Frank & Son over in Industry, CA, and while I was walking around with my uncle we suddenly ran into Michael Papajohn. I wouldn't have noticed him except for the pictures he had all over his signing desk. He's a real funny guy - trying to sell us autographs and telling us about how the Lakers beat him out of the main table. Anyways, I asked him about Spider Man 4 because of the rumor I read that he was going to be in it. He said "I can't talk about it, but who says I died in the first one?" My uncle asked him again and he quipped "if I tell you I'll have to shoot you." Jokingly, of course. That's all I got."

So it wont be flashbacks, dreams or time travel! The pesky car jacker isn't dead after all. So will he return as himself in a sub plot to try to get revenge on Spidey? Or will he be..altered! My guess is they are going to make this guy Rhino.

	he definitely seems capable of being rhino...but scorpion or electro can be options too...i dont know why they cant stick to the lizard storyline with kraven joining the melee, but i hope if they do add on villains it will be a secondary subplot...cuz as we saw in spiderman 3..you just cant put in too many villains into your main plotline!! 	Same here man! I grew up watching the 90's Spider-Man Animated Series and 7 or 8 years ago I started reading the US comic books! Nowadays I read pretty much all of the Marvel comic books but Spider-Man is still the most important character to me so to see them ruined as they were in Spider-Man 3 drives me nuts! Venom bothered me a lot as it was a video that I was given featuring his episodes of from the animated series' that got me hooked on all things Spidey! 	It was the 80's cartoons for me so no venom......i started collecting the 60's and 70's issues about the same time so the classic villains stick with me. 	HE CAN'T BE SCORPION! His name is not Mac Gargan is it? NO!!! Mac Gargan aka The Scorpion was a private investigator who is hired by JJJ to investigate Spider-man in order to find out his true identity. This guy can not be The Scorpion. Rhino (Aleksei Sytsevich) maybe, Shocker (Herman Schultz) even yeah maybe. Gargan is a big character and doubt they would take this guy to replace him as Scorpion. That is way to much of a creative liberty. Not Carnage aka Cletus Kasady either, it just wouldnt add up. Only way that is possible is if he acts as some kind of vessel that the symbiote of venom attaches to and is displease with. Once he reaches jail it clings to Cletus instead. This would replace that whole Eddie Brock meeting Cletus storyline and still make it work We can also rule out the Vulture as well if anyone happens to bring that up he's not old enough.
