VIDEO GAMES: New Trailer For THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 Features Some Serious Carnage

A new "Villains" trailer from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game has just dropped featuring a first look at some of the members of Spidey's rogues gallery that will feature in the game including the Kingpin, Black Cat, and... Carnage? Come check it out!

Pick up The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, iOS, Android, Nintendo 3DS, and Microsoft Windows on April 29, 2014.

We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.

It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 features:
Director: Marc Webb
Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy
Jamie Foxx as Max Dillon/Electro
Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn
Sally Field as May Parker
Campbell Scott as Richard Parker
Embeth Davidtz as Mary Parker
Colm Feore as Donald Menken
Paul Giamatti as Aleksei Sytsevich/The Rhino
Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn
Marton Csokas as Dr.Kafka
B.J. Novak as Alistair Smythe
Martin Sheen as Ben Parker
Chris Zylka as Flash Thompson
Denis Leary as Captain George Stacy
Felicity Jones in an unspecified role

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hits theaters May 2, 2014.

A little tip from your old
Uncle Gusto.
jarel93 - 4/4/2014, 10:43 AM

OneBadDay - 4/4/2014, 10:44 AM
Content looks good, and finally CARNAGE!!! Graphics are terrible though, and Kingpin's look/voice acting is God awful.
BlackCat1 - 4/4/2014, 10:51 AM
Black Cat is a thief not an assassin, I'm happy she's included even though Silver Sable would've been a better fit
Parkerluckpersonified - 4/4/2014, 10:51 AM
looks kewl
QuestiontheAnswer - 4/4/2014, 10:52 AM
I'll follow great uncle Gusto's advice.
sKeemAn - 4/4/2014, 11:10 AM
Uncle Gusto gives good advice. Tell the little girls to watch out.
patrat18 - 4/4/2014, 11:38 AM
Nice. I'll get it when the price drops.
BaronZemo - 4/4/2014, 12:22 PM
So apparently Kraven is going to be Spierman's mentor
Niklander - 4/4/2014, 1:32 PM
This piece of shit does not even qualify for a movie tie in.If you are aiming for the movie fans and general players then why not use the likeness of the cast!?Ah yeah because it's a cheap ass game.Cheaper than a hooker

I hate the voice for Kingpin
CimJerrey - 4/4/2014, 1:58 PM
Wow...i mean really ? This game might have been a average back in the ps2 days... but now its just awful. The story, the graphics maybe the gameplay is solid, but still is looking like the worst game of the year...
Jhuntdaprodigy - 4/4/2014, 2:55 PM
The first game was decent but it wasn't anything amazing. I rented it for one week thinking I may need that much time, and beat it in about 2 or 3 days. After you beat the main story, there was little left in the game to be desired, no real replay value. The graphics in this game look on par with the Spider-Man 2 adaptation from 2004. I'll rent this one just like I did the first one, I'm not expecting that much though. I wish we could get a Spider-Man game the quality of the Arkham games for once. SN: The voice actor for Kingpin sounds horrible. Roscoe Lee Browne from the '90s series had the perfect voice, and Michael Clarke Duncan was a good voice for him as well, I really got mad hearing whoever this is talk lol.
CaptainPete17 - 4/4/2014, 3:23 PM
My love of Spider-Man will force me in to buying this game but right now I'm a little unsure of how it's going to turn out. I just can't understand why the graphics look so dated!
nikgrid - 4/4/2014, 3:24 PM
WOW! in an HD video that shit would look...average. C'mon is it next gen or not? [frick] Beenox you suck! Hand of Spidey to a good games studio.
marvel72 - 4/4/2014, 4:34 PM
great chest on black cat & yes carnage.
SonDJ - 4/4/2014, 4:44 PM
Beenox has been using Black Cat for the last couple games now. There is more female villans out there to use. Also, Carnage before Venom?
Arrow96 - 4/4/2014, 5:43 PM
@nikgrid It may be on next gen, but the main version that they've been focusing on is the 360 version. The next gen game won't be a huge improvement upon this one. I'm pretty disappointed with the game myself, the graphics look average and it looks too much like the first game.
VIRILEMAN - 4/4/2014, 6:08 PM
Unlimited crime, better swing mech. I'm sold.
ToxicCap - 4/4/2014, 7:18 PM
@Scorn Thats what I've been saying this whole entire time!
thewolfx - 4/4/2014, 8:04 PM
For the newbs they did fix the swinging somewhat..

I say somewhat cus i still havent seen an actual web attach to a building but ill wait and see

Oh and carnage before venom is just another stupid move made by a stupid developer duch as beenox

Ill getti. This game simply for the love of spidey butman marvel needs yo focus on a new and better Developer for there gamed
TheSoulEater - 4/5/2014, 2:06 AM
Who the [frick] did they get to be Kingpin's voice? The voice cast sounds awful aside for Kraven
HOTSHOT - 4/5/2014, 2:43 AM
Looks cool, except for the Kingpin's voice. Not really a fan of gritty voice for him. I always feel that Wilson Fisk should have a deep voice.
