Man of Steel Trailer Debuting on July 20? Earlier Trailer Description a Fake!

Man of Steel Trailer Debuting on July 20? Earlier Trailer Description a Fake! has learned that the trailer for the Man of Steel will be attached to The Dark Knight Rises on July 20.

With filming on Superman: The Man of Steel finally finished, fans have been in anticipation for the upcoming trailer.

Fans now won't have to wait much longer now, with our first looks at the movie coming with Warner Bros. The Dark Knight Rises.

Starting in June, Warner Bros. will be starting a Man of Steel marketing blitz, exactly one year till the movie opens.

A few days ago a trailer description was posted here, which apparently was fake, since they wont be reportedly starting to compile the teaser till April/May.

The trailer will indeed be shown at the opening of The Dark Knight Rises, however it will be around 1 minute long, and contain very little CGI, so basically, it will be a teaser rather then a trailer.

While the source of this information cant be verified, this exact same source reported on info for Man of Steel, Dark Knight Rises and Green Lantern, all of which have been true.

Here is a link to the sources other info (all of which were reported in some way here on CBM):

what a shock. In other news...Peter Travers (Rollingstone movie guru) gave Ghost Rider ZERO stars. "Nicolas Cage is at his bugf*ck best" lol

Just more incentive to go see Dark Knight Rises!

Hopefully we'll get a good trailer, but the question remains as to whether the actual film will be any good. Watchmen and Spider-Man 3 both had great trailers, but lacklustre delivery when it came to the actual films.

Smart and logical move by WB. If people lined up to see a prologue/preview
Of TDKR and didn't care for the movie that was being shown and now the actual movie is coming out in a few months and MoS is the next big WB franchise for next year and now it's the preview to the movie people cant wait to see this summer.. July 20 will be a special day not do I get to see my most anticipated movie for this year but I get a sneak peak at my favorite Superhero

I always see peopel calling Grif out in posts and @
ing him but I don't see him in the comment thread. Has he been getting booted off of the boards or are people just calling him out in anticipation for what he's gonna say?
DCnerd46 - 2/20/2012, 10:13 AM
I'm more excited for this trailer than the actual Dark Knight Rises movie.

I was ok with the Telekinesis idea if they didn't go nuts with it, in some Superman comics kryptonians had the ability to use telekinesis on kryptonian objects only and that to me made sense.

The news in this article is no surprise. I can wait a few extra months for a teaser as long as we can see some artwork! And not the cop out marketing using the same actors head and posting it on different body angles a la GL!! That was a joke!

Henry Cavill = Greatest Superman EVER!!
