I liked this movie. Frick the haters.
CrimsonFlash - 11/5/2013, 7:04 AM
yay more action
EpitomeofAwesome - 11/5/2013, 7:04 AM
WAY too much action, though. And not enough humor. And a little too dark. But overall good movie
Nomis - 11/5/2013, 7:05 AM
Man of Steel Beat the Boredom out of 'Superman Returns'! Thank Gawd!

The Hero that was introduce in ACTION COMICS showd what all out action really is!!
CrimsonFlash - 11/5/2013, 7:05 AM
This was really supposed to be a great CBM year. Now 2014 is looking like it will smoke this year.
SuperCat - 11/5/2013, 7:09 AM
Anyone win the blu-ray yet?
ImnotDaredevil - 11/5/2013, 7:12 AM
Did this film really have haters?! They should be spoon fed my junk, I thought it was all good. ;)
JoeMomma29 - 11/5/2013, 7:12 AM
Movie of the year!

@ Nomis

Yup this made Superman Returns look like a snooze fest!
knocturnalzen10 - 11/5/2013, 7:12 AM
superman begins .............. if michael fought lucifer in the middle of a city i wonder what would happen.....................................?
TheWolverine08 - 11/5/2013, 7:18 AM
@Nomis So this movie is good because it had lots of eye candy and action? That's it?
JoeMomma29 - 11/5/2013, 7:22 AM
@ Wolverine

Sorry but Nomis does love eye candy!

Nomis - 11/5/2013, 7:27 AM
@ Joe - 'Superman Returns' made itself look like a snorefest! ;)

@ Wolvie - In the CONTEXT of this article, which is about the ACTION that Russell Crowe did in the movie, and in the movie in general, it is good from that stand point.

But what made the movie good in itself (outside of it's wonderful action) was the development of Clark into Superman as he learn to cope with his growing abilites from child to man.

All the while trying to find and deal with his speacial heritage from Krypton while at the same time trying to cope with the weight of all the responsibility that will be on him as earth's protector and ambassodor for Krypton (and all aliens).

All the while finding someone that might be able to help him cope with doing both (Lois).

That's Why the movie is good and best movie of the year so far!
TheWolverine08 - 11/5/2013, 7:29 AM
@Nomis Ah okay Nom. I personally found the character development of Superman to be the best part of MOS, and I though that the action wasn't what made the film. Happy we agree :)
Ineedrevelation - 11/5/2013, 7:31 AM
Movie was complete garbage and a waste of 200 mill from start to finish
Battabing - 11/5/2013, 7:32 AM
I wouldn't say it's the best movie of the year, although certainly the best CBM of the year (and I've seen them all).

breakUbatman - 11/5/2013, 7:32 AM

I don't have it but I got my grubby paws on a copy - its good stuff

I liked the character development but still feel Zack needs to let some character moments last longer
MexicanSexyman - 11/5/2013, 7:33 AM
@ Nomis, that is what I loved about this movie. GO COWBOYS!!!
MexicanSexyman - 11/5/2013, 7:37 AM
@ Ineedrevelation, boo woo, go cry me a river. At least Superman beat his villain, unlike some other hero who you hold dear to your heart.
JordanKing - 11/5/2013, 7:41 AM
2nd best. I believe many of you are forgetting the amazing Iron Man 3?
Nomis - 11/5/2013, 7:41 AM
@ MexicanSuperman - Da Boys certainly needed that win this past weekend, although a little to close for comfort for my taste.
Vegeta - 11/5/2013, 7:42 AM

SuperCat - 11/5/2013, 7:42 AM
@ breakUbatman

You're lucky, bub! I'm gettin' it one way or another.
xfactor - 11/5/2013, 7:42 AM
this movie was the truth all around. i cant wait [email protected] these bitches who come on mos articles to talk smack when iron wack 3 came out and screwed that trilogy to crap. But i'm more excited for the sequel especially since they annnounced Patrick Tatopolous from dark city as the production designer. Thumbs up dc...thumbs up.
Nomis - 11/5/2013, 7:44 AM
@ PantherX - I'm Trying my best to FORGET Iron Man 3!

xfactor - 11/5/2013, 7:46 AM
@ nomis they screwed the pooch with that one
MexicanSexyman - 11/5/2013, 7:48 AM
@ Nomis, true. The defense needs to stop receivers, because they are letting trashy ass teams get huge yards. At least we are getting Ware back next week in time for the Saints.
Nomis - 11/5/2013, 7:57 AM
@ MexicanSuperman - Demarcus comes back next week. Awesome! Jsut in time.

I thought he was going to be out longer.
dinkinflicka - 11/5/2013, 7:59 AM
To me MOS was amazing. I get annoyed with haters saying they are just putting Batman in the next movie to make more money. The truth is that plan was in the works way before the film was released. It makes perfect sense to include Batman in the next movie. Of course Wayne industries is going to be involved in the rebuilding process as well as Lexcorp. I did enjoy Iron Man 3 I was just wanting a better villain then what we got considering this might be RDJ last solo outing.

Nomis - 11/5/2013, 8:01 AM
@ xfactor - To say the least.

Iron Man movies started out good (that first on is one of the best CBM ever) and went bad so quick!
breakUbatman - 11/5/2013, 8:06 AM

What if I told you I got my hands on it on the 17th of October :). I'm waiting to see if there'll be a double dip, you'd think with the way Blu ray was pushed these movies would come with everything but the kitchen sink.

They need to start cramming these things like the first Matrix DVD. I enjoyed the features though on this though.
yonny616 - 11/5/2013, 8:14 AM
All the action in Man of Steel was AMAZING! Everything made me do this:

ALegendaryPanda - 11/5/2013, 8:25 AM

No problem dude!
supermarioworldE - 11/5/2013, 8:27 AM
The classic tale of the nerd beating the brute.

Even though that brute was genetically engineered for combat...
Asterisk - 11/5/2013, 8:30 AM
I had fun watching this movie. A lot of fun, but nothing more. There's really nothing more I can ask out of a movie.
JorL5150 - 11/5/2013, 8:38 AM
I see the first trollage of the axis of evil,"ineedOvulation" has dragged his ass on the carpet again.

Won't be long before TRUDY, sackmode, 69 ballsinmouth, reallyreamsboys, and satan and a dead kennedy show up to sh*t on the rug.
JorL5150 - 11/5/2013, 8:39 AM
I think sandra bullock looks hawt as a blonde.

patrat18 - 11/5/2013, 8:43 AM
EpitomeofAwesome - Not every superhero movie is suppose to have "HUMOR"
JorL5150 - 11/5/2013, 8:48 AM
Maybe "ineedbowelmovementation" is right.
A 220 million dollar movie that grosses 666 million is a waste. Wait! No!
That tripled the investment! For a left-for-dead franchise!

Ineed Ovulation must work for the US government, or go to public school~ see your SUPPOSED to make more than you spend.
Only the US government (and the axis of evil led by TRUDY) could call 17 trillion in debt "good fiscal policy" and 666 million in the black "a waste".
