Can anyone clue me in as to why I can't get videos to work on this site? Everything I click on says "no longer available on youtube" It's getting very frustrating.

thaonly1guly - 1/31/2013, 8:50 AM
Can the WB hurry up and please cast Matt Bomer as Batman already.
GodzillaKart - 1/31/2013, 8:53 AM
TDKR 1&2 were good, but I feel like the once fantastic DC animated films are slipping. This looks...kinda bad, and All Star Superman was garbage.
thetrojan - 1/31/2013, 8:58 AM
looks pish
we should give brainiac muscles so we can have a fight!
all star superman folks-much better.

Why are all these animated things drawn for 5 year olds? Horrid. I can't spend my life watching that DC universe trailer, Jesus.
rbfn04 - 1/31/2013, 9:54 AM
Yeah, how dare they make animated movies for kids!
ComicBookGoth - 1/31/2013, 10:05 AM
john noble is a bamf.

and Molly Quinn is cute as hell.

She'd be a cool choice for babs.

as for the flick, feels like the Johns' book.

Ultimately meh.

But Dc is still tops when it comes to animation,
but there are better stories to tell.

Bomer would have been perfect, but the world is still too homophobic I guess.
JatevinM - 1/31/2013, 10:23 AM
I would love to see Kristen Bell portray Kara in a live action movie.

horrible character designs odd how superman doomsday, superman vs the elite and now superman unbound have been horrendous aesthetically.
CavEl - 1/31/2013, 12:15 PM
Love the voices, I'm down just for that.
Colorist - 1/31/2013, 12:44 PM
Not crazy about Superman's color palette. (I think that's spelled right.)
Tony93 - 1/31/2013, 12:53 PM
Supes will just have to punch a lil harder ;)
Boogie138 - 1/31/2013, 1:45 PM
YES!!!! nic cage superman looks awesome! this looks freaking fun as hell, already thinking of a drinking game to go with it.

haters are crazy, this looks stupid in a good way. lets call it stoopid, endearing and playfull. its really not the comic art, but look at what the end product is! a nic cage superman giving these stern deliveries! this is wild! im on board

while ya'll hating, ill be having the best movie night with some buds in some time.

*slow clap*
JoeMomma29 - 1/31/2013, 2:41 PM
Looks good I like the story line! And Brainiac looks good
MJPETTY7 - 1/31/2013, 2:45 PM
This looks amazing!

I've always wanted Matt Bomer to play Superman.

And John Noble as Brainiac is FLAWLESS casting!!!

I get all of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies, and this is another one on the top of my list. Another score for DC Animation!!!
Amazo - 1/31/2013, 4:06 PM
You spelled 'Color' wrong ;)
unknownfacts - 1/31/2013, 6:38 PM
This is gonna rock. This is what Superman needs something to hit.
JULEZ13 - 1/31/2013, 7:27 PM
Well the final animation is style is a million times better than the concept art we all saw. But it still looks like crap and the color palette doesn't help. Overall, it looks cheap.

A shame really, the story actually looks great!

Who would buy this DVD with such poor quality art? It's not worth my money. I personally wouldn't pay for that.

I don't understand how DC can have such beautiful animation in some of their animated films to this crapfest!!

Why not stick to one or two styles and stick to it! No need for this shit! Same with the voice acting! Stick to the originals as much as possible!
JULEZ13 - 1/31/2013, 7:27 PM
Oh, this story would make a good live action film. Either a MOS sequel or a Justice League film.
Oxbow - 1/31/2013, 11:13 PM
I agree^

If they can't see how bad this art looks at DC, well then I just don't know what to tell them.

Having said that, "Brainiac" is a brilliant story and if used in a movie would have been awesomesauce! Plus the best part is, that it would lead into the "New Krypton" books so naturally. They are doing something similar with MOS I think ....just kind of ass-backwards.

I get hints of "War of the Supermen" and all the espionage and covert ops going on between earth and the kryptonians in the New Krypton storyline, but without Brainiac and Luthor in the picture it's different....not as exciting imo. Oh well what do I know, I've only been a superman fan for most of my life :P
