What if you hate Baseball?
ItsATrap - 4/25/2013, 2:13 PM
then you should probably see Man Of Steel.
ruadh - 4/25/2013, 2:14 PM
"42 isn't a baseball story though. While baseball is involved it's about changing the world in a way."

Eh...just not my thing. But awesome that you're so passionate about it.
AlibiBreakfast - 4/25/2013, 2:20 PM
I think the track titled "What Are You Going To Do When You Are Not Saving The World?" confirms that there will be no secret identity. I bet he tells them his name is Clark Kent when he's in military custody.
SoFresh - 4/25/2013, 2:21 PM
Why the [frick] would it be near the end, he even says it in the trailer, it´s prob when he finds FOS and there´s like a message from Jor-El for him.
thebearjew - 4/25/2013, 2:21 PM
@LEVI no offense but 42 doesnt look interesting at all like lincoln it looks like they take something thats not very interesting and make it a movie
LAXtremest - 4/25/2013, 2:22 PM
So far the movie of the year in Place Beyond The Pines
Minato - 4/25/2013, 2:23 PM
Great movie but I think The Great Gatsby is going to be Movie of the Year. Thor: The Dark World will be CBM of the year.
thebearjew - 4/25/2013, 2:25 PM
FUN FACT: the great gatsby has been made into a movie 5 times including this one coming out soon
thebearjew - 4/25/2013, 2:28 PM
AlternateNo4 - 4/25/2013, 2:30 PM
@alibi not saying you're wrong, because i have no idea. BUT it might not be everyone that knows... might just be lois. or who knows, it might be martha telling him to get a job.
Moriarty117 - 4/25/2013, 2:32 PM
So, it would seem that Zod's giant death beam is going to be terraforming Earth into Krypton. That's actually a cool idea :)

I dont think e track listings are in perfect chronological order, the soundtrack for THE DARK KNIGHT sure wasn't.
ruadh - 4/25/2013, 2:32 PM

"So glad that Superman's finally punching the daylights outta someone."

I'm not at all a Superman fan, and in fact could probably be labelled a Marvel person I guess...but I totally agree.
BloodyHell - 4/25/2013, 2:34 PM
This guy's music is almost hypnotic, love it. and i bet Wally Pfister will get him to do the score on his directorial debut
Scooby - 4/25/2013, 2:36 PM
Oh yeah!

exe - 4/25/2013, 2:37 PM

marvel72 - 4/25/2013, 2:38 PM

Buying this when it comes out, plus that theme is... JUST-SO-DAMN-EPIC AHHHHHHHHgdhft4eifwtydrn! Hanzimmerasm :PP
RamonSuarez - 4/25/2013, 2:46 PM
So Zod is going to terraform Earth to colonize it?

Eh, I hope there's more to it than this.
TheFox - 4/25/2013, 2:47 PM
I'm pretty sure these aren't in order (they certainly weren't for the Dark Knight soundtracks), so it's not like this is giving away the sequence of events in the film.

But good GOD, I want to hear that "General Zod" track. Zod has needed a proper theme since Ken Thorne took over for John Williams and basically just bastardized "The Planet Krypton" theme for Zod and his cohorts' villain music. If he can do for Zod what he did for Bane and the Joker, I will be a happy man.

I am shocked that nobody mentioned the number one movie of this summer. PACIFIC RIM!!!!
btw 42 was wonderful
KnobGoblin - 4/25/2013, 3:11 PM
I hope there's a sample track list, like they did for TDKR.
StrangerX - 4/25/2013, 3:13 PM
The only thing that could make MOS fail is the lack of advertising. It may be months away, but this movie has been in production for years and I'm still finding ppl who didn't know there was a new superman movie coming out.
TheFox - 4/25/2013, 3:23 PM
I want to hear clips, dammit!

Thegeekygurl - 4/25/2013, 3:24 PM
Only spoiler is that its very typical. Its like a combo of Donner's Superman and Smallville. I liked both of those but I'd rather see a complete reimagining of the mythos not a reboot not a rehash.
Nothing new in MOS.
FightAs0ne - 4/25/2013, 3:28 PM
42 was great, highly recommended.
TheManFromMars - 4/25/2013, 3:32 PM
BONUS TRACK: This Is Madness

Track 14: This Is Clark Kent
Jer3miah - 4/25/2013, 3:49 PM
I want to hear it!
AlibiBreakfast - 4/25/2013, 3:57 PM
@AlternateNo4 I actually lol'd at "it might be martha telling him to get a job."
113 - 4/25/2013, 4:14 PM
Terraforming...hmmm, very interesting.

Maybe this is how Krypton gets destroyed?
CavEl - 4/25/2013, 4:18 PM
Doubt it is in order.
Fumlez - 4/25/2013, 4:33 PM
From what I can tell this movie is going to resemble Superman: Earth One which means it'll be awesome!
R888 - 4/25/2013, 4:54 PM
I want to listen to General Zod :)
FilmsFan - 4/25/2013, 4:56 PM
If that sequence is right ! Then flashbacks are in!
So excited for this!
kemuael - 4/25/2013, 4:59 PM
CaptainMaximum - 4/25/2013, 5:31 PM
i agree that Place Beyond the Pines is movie of the year. Too early to say cbm of the year
Jolt17 - 4/25/2013, 5:33 PM
Shhh, the movie of the year will be Elysium. :)

Anyway, can't wait to hear more of these - "Man of Steel," especially. (Not sure what the "Hans' original sketchbook," part means, though.) If Zimmer's complete work is as majestic-sounding as the music used in the third trailer, then we'll most likely get a revitalized Superman at its finest in every aspect.
