Captain America gets my vote, though Black Widow, Falcon, and Baymax are all strong honorable mentions.
SuperCat - 1/6/2015, 2:54 PM
Mastyrwerk - 1/6/2015, 2:55 PM
Captain Amaerica embodies the best hero type that we saw in 2014.

Everybody else is either antihero or grandstanding.
GinjaNinja - 1/6/2015, 2:58 PM
Baymax was great actually. But Ccaptain Murica was easy.
Amazing512 - 1/6/2015, 2:58 PM
Chris Evans IS Captain America. His performance in The Winter Soldier made him the RDJ or Hugh Jackman of his role in terms of just embodying a character so well.
Space - 1/6/2015, 2:59 PM
I was stuck between Steve and Peter but ultimately gotta to go with Steve.
KrazyForKomix - 1/6/2015, 3:05 PM
Blink was beyond perfectly realized. Flaw-less!
TheBeard - 1/6/2015, 3:07 PM
Jollem must be lurking Tasm got 2 votes
Ramiel - 1/6/2015, 3:07 PM
I went with Spidey.
TheOverlord - 1/6/2015, 3:08 PM
no contest
tugboy - 1/6/2015, 3:10 PM
Quicksilver. No contest.
tugboy - 1/6/2015, 3:10 PM
Hawkman would be a close number 2.
Wannabe - 1/6/2015, 3:11 PM
Steve. What a guy.
Nick56 - 1/6/2015, 3:13 PM
QS or Wolverine
CEZacherl - 1/6/2015, 3:13 PM
So many amazing heroes this year, probably the best year yet for Superheroes. But even with the *amazing* Guardians of the Galaxy, Cap takes this thing *easily*.
NICKHART - 1/6/2015, 3:16 PM
captain america you can f*ck all my b*tches
MericawithanM - 1/6/2015, 3:16 PM
Cap was my number one but drax was a close second.
Dotanuki - 1/6/2015, 3:17 PM
I'd probably vote for Falcon as #2. Marvel did a terrific job casting Anthony Mackie and creating a compelling supporting character.
Dotanuki - 1/6/2015, 3:18 PM
Ol' Winghead gets #1.
Jazzy4 - 1/6/2015, 3:18 PM
No contest ! Steve Rogers !

CATWS solidified Chris Evans as the legitimate Captain America.

He captured the soul, the essence of the character. He grew so much in that role that he is now undoutedbly CAPTAIN AMERICA.
Jazzy4 - 1/6/2015, 3:22 PM
Also CAP embodies the true essence of a hero : his sense of selflessness, humility and sacrifice for freedom, for the life of people, including for his brainwashed friend.
JPSpideyFan2015 - 1/6/2015, 3:23 PM
Peter Parker.
Mercwitham0uth - 1/6/2015, 3:25 PM
Cap has my vote.
JvIce - 1/6/2015, 3:27 PM
Lol at that votes for wolvie.
fr0st - 1/6/2015, 3:31 PM
Capt was the best. Not the most entertaining for me but hands down the best.
JayTopStix - 1/6/2015, 3:33 PM
OMG take you freaking American propaganda of this shizzit. DO you realize how lame this is people? LOL ridiculous. That movie was mediocre at BEST. Nobody beats Star Lord this year.
DanteSparda - 1/6/2015, 3:47 PM
Might be alone in this but I don't care, I voted Charles Xavier, ironically the most human of all superheroes of this year.
WYLEEJAY - 1/6/2015, 3:47 PM
@JayTopStix. Cap represents America as its SUPPOSED to be. Not the way it IS. Take your propaganda bullshit and GTFO.
WYLEEJAY - 1/6/2015, 3:47 PM
Cap all the way.
MyNameIsKhan - 1/6/2015, 3:50 PM
Rocket Raccoon bitches. ROCKET [frick]ING RACCOON
tucks - 1/6/2015, 3:54 PM
one vote for Nick Hoult's beast.. that was mine

I didn't like him in First Class only because his haircut didn't fit the period, and I just thought the casting was so off-base, but now with a buzzcut I totally see him as the Hank McCoy genius from the 60s.
Abary - 1/6/2015, 3:57 PM
*Waiting for somebody to vote for I, Frankenstein character*
Objectivelybiased - 1/6/2015, 4:06 PM
Foxy The Fox
webheaded - 1/6/2015, 4:07 PM
Oh Spidey :/ Maybe one day you'll get the relevance you deserve.
sKeemAn - 1/6/2015, 4:17 PM
Cap Win hands down. He took down SHIELD. It doesnt get more heroic than that.
mc7791 - 1/6/2015, 4:40 PM
Cap rules!!
Campy - 1/6/2015, 4:42 PM

Black Widow took down SHIELD, by releasing all of its intel to the world, Cap just took down the hellicarries.
Montross - 1/6/2015, 5:05 PM
Chris Evans is great as Cap, but he's done it 3 times now. Pratt took on the role of Peter Quill and gave us something fresh and fun. Star-Lord deserves some love.
Montross - 1/6/2015, 5:07 PM
Chris Evans is great as Cap, but he's done it 3 times now. Pratt (an longshot choice if there ever was one) took on the role of Peter Quill and gave us something fresh and fun. Star-Lord deserves some love.
LittleDanglyThing - 1/6/2015, 5:29 PM
The great Captain with the great plan and the great speech and just overall being the hero we as Americans can use right now.
